        Great service and great people
        I went to buy a riding mower. Bill Levis welcomed me, then worked with me to help me pick out exactly what I needed. Very professional, great customer service, and great people. I felt he went above and beyond what would be expected for a sales help.

          Excellent service staff
          Self check out associate assisted with finding the SKU and applying my Military ID. I asked for loading assistance and a fine young gentleman helped me load concrete bags, thank you!!!

              Poor service
              I was looking fo a product part of a promotion. It was unavailable online because I had too many forms of payment. I called customer service and they said I would be able to purchase in store. When I tried to purchase in store it took 45 mins to locate items and was told several times I needed to place order online within store but was only limited to two payment options. I had a Home Depot gift card and a visa gift card nd wanted to purchase the rest on my personal cc. The process really restricted the amount of money I was willing to spend in store or online with Home Depot. Also only one person employee was willing to take time out of their paid work day to find the items I was looking for. Everyone else just shrugged their shoulders. Also I don’t want to check myself out.

                Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable!
                I am working on my first fix and flip project and was not familiar with the process. I will have to say, I received the best customer service from two gentlemen that were not only very patient but also very knowledgable and made the process go smooth for me. Doug in cabinets was awesome as was Bill in windows and doors! Thank you to both of these guys for doing their jobs exceedingly well! I'll return to this location even if its out of my way.

                  Don’t Fall For It
                  All over the store they have signs and flyers saying $100 off and same as cash financing if you open a Home Depot card. ibdid and spent $2,400 on appliances. But I did not get the $100 off at the end of it. I got scammed instead. I was told the 4 appliances were on a Black Friday sale and I can’t get both. The 5 foot sign had huge print and I went back to it and on the floor in tiny print was a bunch of words I could not see while standing ( and maybe not even if I were laying on the floor). Apparently the fine print that only bugs on the floor could see said no other offers apply. I got scammed and I’m sure many others did too. Don’t fall for it.

                      Customer service isnt what is used to be at HD
                      Items in the Ryobi section now under lock and key. Asked an associate where N95 mask where since needed for painting , their reply, “you didnt see them in aisle 39?”. No , and nor did I look, thats why im interrupting you and your buddy talking!

                        I purchased a new range a month ago . Was a good price but had to have a service call already. Otherwise I like the range fine.

                          Sub-standard returned product out back in wuth “new” as a policy.
                          When people return split, warped, partly rotted, badly sawn Altar Forest Products boards, stop putting them back in with “new” stuff. It creates a danger for the customers trying to move this stuff in order to get to the new stuff. Still, a 20 % price rise last month should ensure you carry on with this disgusting practice.

                                Great Customer Service
                                We bought a new Cub Cadet lawn tractor and Kim at customer service was outstanding. Kim explained all of the extended warranty/protection plan options and was a pleasure to deal with during this purchase. Kim’s professionalism was a breath of fresh air and we feel like she needs more money!!!

                                  Hendersonville Home Depot is the BEST!!
                                  This is one of the bet Home Depots Ive been to in a few states. Their merchandise displays are always GREAT! The floor people are extremely helpful when I ask for help. They will always go out of their way to help me find an item.

                                    Kira and Kevin D. are the BEST
                                    I spent 3hrs at Home Depot today and spent $2k on tools, lumber etc. Id of been there for 6hrs if it weren’t for Kira. Kira went above and beyond to help me (and boy did I need a ton of help). She offered to lift heavy items in order to help me get the best items available in lumber. She walked me to any item I asked for (instead of just telling me the isle), she ensured I got everything I needed and wanted and never made me feel inconvenient. Honestly she’s the greatest department store employee I’ve ever encountered. I hope she gets a BIG raise! Kevin D. helped me to the register (I had $2k worth it items in multiple carts) and ensured I checked out with everything I wanted and needed. Then he personally helped me to load all the lumber into my midsized SUV in a safe and non-damaging way. These guys make me want to drive to this specific location anytime I need to go to Home Depot.

                                      Great Service
                                      We are working on a moderate home improvement so have had to go into the store, and or, order on line several times. Each interaction was very easy; the staff were very pleasant and willing to spend time to help. Of note, a young employee, AJ, was so kind to stop while walking from the parking lot to the store to help me load a large water heater into my SUV. Brian, the manager was also very very helpful when I had to return a product that was broken when it arrived from online. He was very understanding and made it right for me with absolutely no hassle. I really appreciate his willingness to help me out. Karmina was also very helpful in the checkout process. A few other gentlemen, I do not recall their names. were very helpful in the lighting and bathroom vanity section. All in all, this store is staffed with very pleasant and helpful team members. Thank you!

                                            Great place to shop.
                                            I Shop at this Home Depot Five or six times a month. The store always has everything I need, and the employees are very helpful and friendly. Several times I have needed paint matched that has not been made in many years and they have always been able to match it even though there was no formula for it in the paint match computer. You can always count on this Home Depot to help you with all you needs.

                                              Best Home Depot for Customer Service
                                              The Hendersonville, TN store associates are truly believe in customer service! The associates on the floor were very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me return some very heavy items. They did so with smiles and efficiency! Cudo's to management for instilling a high level of customer service in your store!

                                                Great store! Well-stocked and well-staffed!
                                                There are three Scotts at this store who provided us with excellent service: Scott in Tools, Scott in Paint and Scott at Check-Out. We were 'triple Scott-ed" during our visit! Although we enjoyed this perfect trifecta of Scotts, you'll do well with any one of the three. We received great service from the staff in Lumber as well, but didn't catch their names.

                                                  What i have experienced at this location I have never experienced before. Today we went in for a few things. A gentleman helped us get down a planter. We wasn't sure of the price being it wasn't in it's normal location. We preceded to go check out in the guy up front was very rude when we asked about the price. He had me go searching the price, and informed me to go find the correct barcode. I then asked him if he could get a manager, or someone to assist. I seen Alex the manager approaching therefore I showed him where I got the pot, and I showed him where similar pots was to get the price. I immediately seen the price, and was fine with it. I thanked Alex. I approached the desk with a different color that I had seen, and, Aljavone (AJ on his uniform) informed me that Chuck has not came up just yet. I informed him that Alex the assistant manager just helped me. He responded why is he helping you that's not who I called I called chuck. I informed with him that was fine we have another color he then said to me that the Manager should have came to me not you to him. I informed him that the manager was very helpful. He then called me weird. I asked him how? He explained that's just weird! I told him he was very disrespectful, and need to chat with the manager instead of me. He then tell me I'm an embarrassment to my husband, and that I need to grow some hair. That was very rude as people have cancer. I recorded his actions. I spoke with Matthew the manager who was very patient, and helpful. As I was leaving I decided to chat with the vendor who over heard some things. As I was leaving Aj had a customer. The customer had to bag his items himself. Aj stopped taken care of the customer to ask me if I had anything to say. When I asked him what he said ..Aj responded did you talk to my manager ? Aj said he doesn't care what his managers say. Aj is very rude! I pray for his peace.

                                                    I was in the garden section buying houseplants when a veteran started fighting with AJ about the military discount. He said he had purchased something a week ago with it and started yelling and dropping f bombs everywhere and calling them names. While I understand and appreciate this man served for our country, the rules had nothing to do with the employees. Corporate is the one who changes the way they give discounts. I overheard the manager, Bailey, explain to this man that the rules changed as of yesterday. He stayed calm and understanding the whole time this man threw his temper tantrum and belittled these employees. Bailey kindly explained how he could get his veterans discount several times to deaf ears. I'm a manager at a retail store. I can say these guys were rockstars and handled this situation with grace, professionalism, and dignity. As the man left, he pushed the cart he was using in the middle of the road and almost hit a car. Retail employees don't make enough to deal with this treatment. HomeDepot, you should be very proud to have this level of professionalism serving as the face of your company. I will continue to shop and support the Hendersonville location because of them.
