The store is well labeled and lighted. An associate was able to direct me to the aisle where I'd find my objective and even commented that the items were color coded & lying horizontally. However, the potting soil I purchased was on a skid without a price tag; I asked an associate -who scanned the bag for the cost.

We went to Home Depot for a grill. The young associate named Aaron was more helpful than any other associate we have ever had. Thank you!!

My father and I came in looking for a number of different items including a new toilet and kitchen faucet but neither of us are savvy when it comes to things like this. Our associate, Rick, was able to figure out exactly what we needed and at the best price! Very happy with our experience and want to thank Rick again for his help!

I have been checking prices for a rear bagger lawn mower for quite a while. I was in the store shopping for several small items. I received friendly help with one of the items and then upon leaving noticed the mowers. I found a nice bargain on a rear bagger. At checkout the associate was friendly and helpful offering to have someone load the mower in my van. I appreciated the friendly assistance. The mower is working great, too.

I took on the daunting task of painting the outside of my house. The folks at the Home Depot paint area made the process of purchasing paint easy. Though they had a constant stream of people in the area, I was waited on quickly and the people took the time to walk me through questions to make sure I was buying the correct products. Service was great. Thanks!!

John in the lumber department was knowledgable, helpful and patient. He helped us pick some great wood for our project then cut it to size for us. The paint department was busy but the people there worked hard to service everyone with little or no wait. The greeters were nice, friendly and helpful.

The store is organized and labeled well. Sometimes have difficulty finding someone to help but when I do its been a very rewarding experience. It's always good to get information from someone who knows what they are talking about.

The only complaint I have about our visit is the availability of the item that we purchased. However, I do understand that things get sold quickly and there is uncertainty as to when new items will be in. We were able to go online and order the rest of what we needed. The store associates were all friendly, quick and helpful!

The garden section was extremely well stocked with an amazing variety of plants, including flowers, herbs and vegatables. I was very happy with the selection and the prices and how well the prices were marked. This store is the friendliest and most helpful home improvement store I have ever used!

I went in to buy garden soil. The brand and size i wanted was out except for 5 and a half bags,all ripped. When i asked for assistance the associate looked it up and found there was more but offered me the torn bags for half price. Not only that but told me he would line my trunk with plastic to keep my car clean. He never walked away but went through the line with me,lined my trunk and neatly loaded the bags of soil. It was a nice saving,as this was for our church gardens and a very pleasent experience. I just wish i had noted his name. Thank you so much.

WE WANTED A GLOSS PAINT FOR THE PORCH WITH THE SAND ADDED AND THE PAINT DEPT ASSOCIATE GOT US EVERYTHING THAT WE ASKED HIM FOR , MIXED THE PAINT AND THE ADDITIVE AND WAS VERY HELPFUL !

As usual, always very happy when I leave the store friendly staff, good product, reasonable prices. Support , services and prices, you have the total package in my eyes.

Found some amazing new items like a battery operated weed whacker that pairs with our other tools. Super light and great price!

The store always has knowledgable staff who know what they are talking about, particularly in the plumbing and electrical fields. As a remodeling and construction professional, I find that the building materials in general, are brands that professionals, more often than not, prefer. Prices generally are very good, and the online "ship to store" options increase one's choices immensely.

I was very pleased with my experience at The Henrietta store. Joe in plumbing was very helpful with a warrenteed sump pump that I had purchesed 3 years earlier. He asked me if I needed assistance with anything first. Before I had a chance to ask for help. This, I thought was very proffesional and definatly the way things should be. He set up a replacement sump pump for my returned one right away. While I was waiting at the courteousy desk I noticed a brand new stove on sale, and asked Joe about it. Again he set me up with purchasing it and got other associates to assist in loading it in my vehicle. I was totally pleased with my experience at this store. Kind Regards, Ken R. Geneseo,ny.

I had been looking for stone and blocks to finish off part of my patio and to construct a small retaining wall for a raised bed. I needed "red" patio blocks and after looking all over I finally saw them advertised in the flyer at a really great price to boot! I also purchased some pretty multicolored "cinder" type blocks for the area I needed to construct my raised bed and they are really beautiful. They too were on sale at a fabulous price. The products are very attractive and the service at the store was very helpful and friendly. Home Depot has always been one of my favorite places to shop.

Home Depot delivery folks Matt and Neil delivered 22 arborvite bushes and boxwoods right to the spot I needed it. On time, great attitude and made my life simple! I'll be back!

Store associate in lighting was quick and pointed me to the exact location and with self-checkout, I was out in less than 3 minutes with a kind '...thank you, have a nice day...' from front-end associate upon my exit !

I went to the store to purchase Garden equipment and was unable to find it. I asked for help from the customer service desk and was told to use my phone app!!!!!!!!!!!. I do not carry around a phone to help find goods in stores I shop in. I also mentioned to the check out clerk of how difficult it was to find items in the store and she said she relies on her phone to find things. Something is very wrong with a culture that requires customers to use phone apps to shop. I have found the one store that has the worst customer service is Home Depot. I only shop at HD as a last resort as I do not need challenges to spend my money.
