customer service was top notch. Sam at the front end did an awesome job doing everything she could to get a product transferred from another store to this location. After that was not possible she continued to work with managers on the phone to try and place the order. Even after not being able to order the product she went out of her way to get me to the flooring department where Amy was able to help me. Amy was awesome to deal with. She spent so much time working on the phone with HD online and the vendor of the product to try and get it ordered for me. After running into several road blocks she was able to get a hold of someone with the vendor after hours to get the information to order the product. Thanks again Amy and Sam for saving me a 5 hour drive to Niagara falls. You guys are the Best

I am a senior female and had an outstanding shopping experience at Home Depot on Jefferson Road in Rochester, NY. A female employee greeted me at the entrance to the store and asked if she could help me find what I needed. She then guided me to every one of the items on my list. At the self checkout, another female employee saw a bulky item in my cart, and without being asked came over to assist me with a hand scanner. These two ladies provided outstanding service.

Sarva was extremely helpful in checking out and informing me how to sign up for the Veteran's discount. I've seen her be this extra helpful many other times with other customers.

This store is well stocked with product at great prices but also with great staff. The staff is loaded with info that you need or they direct you to somebody that does know. I love that they don't give directions on where to find something but walk you there and then ask if you need more help. That is service! I personally really enjoy a staff member named Reggie and one named Joshua. You will find a favorite as well.

The store was well organized and well stocked with a vast inventory. Products were easily found. If assistance was required an associate was there to help.

This store has a top notch customer service section as well as experts in the isles. Customer service special mention Sharde and Musa. Isle assistance: Phillip. Super people who know how to treat people. I will be back.....it is MY store!

This was the most friendly Home Depot I have ever been to. We usually go to Victor or Penfield, but we were in the area. Camille has an encyclopedic knowledge of paint, and Melissa the manager would bend over backwards to make the customer happy. We bought paint and paint accessories and lawn bags but I wish we needed to buy more this trip! I will only shop here from now on’

My experience at this Home Depot has been excellent. The staff goes above and beyond, great customer service. I have been there almost every week this summer because I was creating gardens in my yard. I will keep coming because in the winter I have plans for interior work on my house. Thank you Home Depot!

The shopping experience is slowly declining every time I go there. Its sad to see because I worked for Home Depot for 10 years and is partially the reason I left because the impact I could make was being held back. The hold on the market will keep the company strong but bad service trend will keep the local companies alive as you can't put a price on appreciation for your business.

Poor customer service. We made the payment in full for a service and a custom order in advance. However, the store delayed the fulfillment of the service and ignored our requests to perform the task in a timely manner. Associates here are NOT friendly.

Anna in flooring and Junior in the molding department are both very patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated their help immensely on a recent visit. I wish all stores trained their employees as well as Junior and Anna were trained. Kudos to them!

Nice store good manager more helpful than lowes but had to waste 45 minutes due employee service. Had to wait for assistance and loading help.

Staff members were friendly - several asked me if they could help as I walked through the store. Once I got to the department I needed, an associate asked me if he could help, and then helped me think through my repair options, answering my questions, and helping me chose a product that would work as I wanted - and it did.

The employee that I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and led me to make the right purchase. I am more than thankful!

I just filled out a survey and at the end it stated I said I was not satisfied (rec't date 6/22/2018, Jefferson Road Store, Rochester, NY. I could NOT go back, but tried only to put neutral answers. I did not state a negative. There should be a back button on the survey. On the survey, there is ONLY "somewhat Agree" & "Strongly Agree", "Agree," is not an option. Somewhat agree seems to imply there is something that needs improvement, and strongly agree to me, seems like people went the extra mile. If people did there job and the visit was without incident, it is agree. Furthermore, if only ONE employee was less then professional, it talks to total visit, and may reflect on the checkout person on the receipt, which is NOT fair to the check out person.

Nick from garden is phenomenal! He knew exactly where to go to find what I needed. Helped me find it. Referred me to great products,then eve offered to help me get my items to my vehicle.

A few years ago I was renovating my shower and one employee, John, really helped me out. He knew plumbing. He is still there. Home Depot has been my first choice in home centers ever since.

This store has almost everything I need (and want)! The employees are friendly and it is easy to get the help you need! This is my favorite store in the local area.

My Home Depot store is like a candy store for adults. Always find more than what I went in for....and if I need help, someone is there to point me in the right direction. The store is always clean, friendly and fun to shop at.

The sales guy was knowledgeable and friendly. The check out time was minible and the store was clean.

The store is clean, organized and staff are friendly. The only problem I had was a woman who answered the phone could not help me as explained to me in the store. I am not sure if it was a lack of training or just lazy.
