I bought a grill and I am very happy with it.

We purchased a garbage disposal at this location because the other stores didn't have stock. We were in an out of the store in 5 minutes. In those 5 minutes, the driver side got completely scratched by a cart that was dragged by the car parked next to ours. This location has bad management with the shopping carts and the store said it was not their responsibility.

24 years shopping at this store. Downhill over the years, many in this store in Hialeah have same complaints, so they go to store on Okeevhobee or Miami Ardens. You can be waiting half hour or more snd oeople see me sitting in a walker and font approach. Evennyesterday in the locks row #22, I asked acquestio, she engaged in cinversation after 1 sentence she left me in mid sentence..I even asked her about that because she didnt go help another customer.

I experienced great support for the associates

Very hard to get any help form the staff of management due to the fact that they are mostly on their phones. The unwillingness to help the customer is at another level. All the employees work at any other department but the one that you need help with so they brush you off to wait for another employee to walk by you. Even a department manager Amanda was to busy to help out when she was just 5 feet away kept me waiting at the checkout, of course she was very busy texting.

my biggest complain is your employees in this store dont speak English and I dont speak spanish

The employee's will literally run from you if you try to get help from them.

The Lumber staff at this location are the most helpful, patient, and polite. They Always assist me in buying the lumber and cutting! Best Lumber staff in the Miami Dade County area!!!!

I finally had someone that wanted to help me. I had bought some cement for a small project that I’m doing at home but it wasn’t the product I was supposed to get. A cashier told me where was the right product and showed me. Then a Customer Service representative made it happen . I thank all of you

I went to buy a few things for a project I was working on & the experience was impeccable. The staff were quite helpful/attentive, knowledgeable & most importantly warm & welcoming. It felt like I was talking to a neighbor or friend about what products to buy for my projects since I am a handyman. I've been to other locations and have not felt this experience before. I will definitely be shopping there again soon!

this is the only home depot in the area where the electrical and plumbing sections are actually organized and seemingly have the correct inventory. Gio, the supervisor, always know where all the product are and often can tell me the price off the top of his head. During my home renovation I am constantly coming to this store and he has always helped me.

Idk if it’s that they like me or something but I’m always getting harassed

Excellent customer service

It’s a shame that the store has great inventory and is well organized but customer service is the worst I ever experienced in a Home Depot store.

Very easy to find items I needed, the store was very clean and shelves were well stocked.

I DIY Handy Person, and I get to rush to the store after 10:00 p.m. to pick up the extra items in the last hours of the store to continue with the project early the next day.

I’m really satisfied

Each time I need an item for home, I never hesitate Home Depot my first choice. Was looking to label my entrance door, and found a compete sort of options. All of them were good, ended up buying 2 diferent options. Definitely a geat choise like always !

The staff at this store is super friendly and helpful! At most other stores, I encounter staff members seem bothered when I ask for assistance with finding something in the store. But at this location, everyone seems happy to help. In particular, team member Ana Rodriguez stands out! She is extremely personable and helpful whenever I need to place an order or need help with checking out at the Pro Desk. Truly above and beyond genuine customer service! Great job in hiring your staff at this store! This is definitely my location of choice!

On a recent trip to Hialeah store 0202 I found Marcellis and Wendy in Customer to be very helpful, while conducting themselves with pleasant and courteous attitudes. They also seem to be quite knowledgeable in their jobs.
