On a recent trip to Hialeah store 0202 I found Marcellis and Wendy in Customer to be very helpful, while conducting themselves with pleasant and courteous attitudes. They also seem to be quite knowledgeable in their jobs.

I go there very frequently due to being a handyman and everything you look for is labeled and neatly organized, unlike some other stores

Associates very friendly and always willing to help. Great location and knowledgeable staff.

This stores almost always have the products I am looking for. The staff is very helpful and the in and out is great here.

It’s really hard to get in line to pay because of all the pallets in the way in front of your registers...there is no way you can tell who is next in line and you can’t social distance properly.

I had spent the day looking for help on a project for my daughters room at other home improvement stores. I was tired and ready to go home but my daughter said , "Let's try The Home Depot ". A lovely store manager and her team, Teresa and Cesar, gave us their undivided attention as we explained our project. I was delighted and relieved that an experienced team was on my side to help guide me to succeed with my project plans and everything I needed, including exact measurements for my wall paneling. What a pleasant difference compared to the other stores who's staff seemed lost. The Home Depot team went above and beyond in customer service. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you Teresa, Cesar and the store manager on 49th Street in Hialeah, FL. You are Wonderful! Happy Holiday!

Amazing Store, clean and very organized.

Ariel Martinez did an awesome job helping us to cut our turf and measure it. He was so patient and willing to help. We came in upset because of a previous order but he helped calm us and made sure he addressed all of our concerns ! He was so knowledgeable in the department and showed us that he cared through his actions. Also, Gema and Thirsa went above and beyond the call of duty as well. They were willing to stay with us even when the store was closing to help us ! We were treated with so much care md respect that we do plan on coming back !

I had a wonderful experience at this store today and way to go Lumey for your great customer service today. The employees was as well as kind and friendly but this manager just took the cake of it all.

We visited this Home Depot because my regular store was out of the Suncast Shed we wanted to purchase. We had exceptionally good service on this visit. Amanda and David in Gardening were wonderful. In the past, we avoided this store because we never could find someone to assist us. And when we did, they claimed not to speak English, which was very frustrating. Today's visit was great. Associates were helpful, spoke English and seem genuinely ready to assist you. Great visit.

the customer service is great and they always go above and beyond exceeding my expectations.

long wait periods for help in certain departments. the older employees seem quick to run away from customers, and even more so if you don't look or speak Spanish. I found the product I was looking for, Waited 20- 25 mins for a representative to help in the hardware department. Another customer was waiting to purchase custom length chain as well. I made the best of it and picked up other items while checking periodically. Before leaving, i noticed the other customer was finally getting attended and had the length of chain cut and bagged. I hurried over and asked the Employee to help me as well, as I needed only 3 ft of the exact chain. they refused and told me they would call someone for me. I decided to cut my loss of time and go to lowes.

Excellent Service

Ariel in Flooring was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There were several customers in the area and he managed to help us all. We ended up helping each other and it was a very pleasant experience. We bought everything for our project that night.

The store employees need some customer sevice training, the parking lot is a mess, still have Xmas plants that someone drop, logs, pieces of old equipment. I recomend the store because it the only one around.

I like the one at Okeechobee road near the Turnpike is the cleanest and best organized is a little far for me that is why I shop most of the time at the SE Hialeah.
