This store location and several other Home Depot locations do not have a friendly or professional presence.

Corrected billing error

This was our second experience ordering carpeting for our home through Home Depot. Both experiences were fabulous!

They removed all of the products from the store. That was a covinicince while in the store. They have made a bad decision about what most women shop for.

The customer service at this store used to be the worst but the new management team and new members has made a tremendous difference. Thank you.

Your store is totally awesome but that should be more things to select from I were looking for outdoor lights and you only had a handful of selections

I have purchased so much material from this store within the last 2 months. Marissa is an Amazing cashier and is the reason I continue to shop here. She deserves a raise or bonus or something. I recommend this store to anyone.

On 11/8/24 I purchased a washer and the representative that helped me was Kevin. Kevin was very friendly and professional. Kevin was able to answer all the questions and made my shopping experience very pleasant.

Store is always clean, well stocked.

I came into this Homewood, Illinois store seeking a specific item. I was not pleased by the employees there at all. First of all when I asked a couple of associates that were giggling and walking together where I could possible find the item I was told ugh.. maybe look in isle 13, or 14. They continued to chat which seemed to me gossip and walked away without hesitation. Tis seems to be a problem at this store. Time and time again i am seeking help which is not there. The employees seem to be focused not on customers but on themselves. This is not a manner in which employees should be even allowed to display such a non caring attitude. I will probably go to another store that has the quality of employees that are interested in what they are doing.

I was at the Homewood store and saw some storage containers. I decided not to purchase them that day. I really needed those containers and went to the Home Depot in Calumet City, which is closer to my home. I walked that store for more than half hour and one employee spoke and no one asked if they could assist me. I left without the containers went back to the Homewood store where they greet you and the cashiers always ask me if I found everything I was looking for.

I had the pleasure of dealing Tina. She is a Home Depot Rock Star!

Great store, great products and very professional staff, especially in the paint department.

Went in seeking a dehumidifier, nine were available. Seeking help in garden. No help available. The ones there were on their phones. Wanting to purchase a broom and mop that were on The wall in front of store, no one around and the items were too high in air for any normal height person to get it down. You get no offer of help and when you do sdkbthey are too busy to assist 🍍

Customer service is great here. There is always someone available to answer questions and help find specific products needed

I didn’t come to purchase a grill but because of the display of grills I was inspired to purchase on but the associate in charge of department couldn’t answer any questions that I had was hesitant to purchase until another associate walked buy which was an Cesar who seen me kind of disappointed which the young lady who didn’t care at all whether I purchase or not

The staff was rude and an older woman with glasses refused to check us out. Javier was an excellent sales associate at the exit check out. He offered exceptional customer service and was very professional. He was such a pleasure

I bought a pump to clear the water off of my pool tarp cover. It works very well.
