The worker I talked to sought me out, and was knowledgeable of the dryers I was interested in. The only negative was the dryer could not be delivered for more than a week, but that likely was due to the large sale that was going on.

The shelves are always well stocked. Sometimes associates are hard to locate. Terrell is exceptional however! He helps in any way possible although I think his area is plumbing. He is definitely an asset to your team. Check out staff doesn't appear to care one way or another if you found everything alright.

I like shopping at this store location I have purchase a Roof, Air condition Unit Tran, Window replacement for my Home and Blinds with friendly service. I due all of my shopping at this Home Depot location.

Upon arriving to Home Depot I was directed to the wrong area after asking an associate that was standing around where could the item I was looking for be located. When I got to that area I asked another associate where could I find the item, this associate did not seem like he wanted to help. After pacing the store, I found a cashier who walked with me to get my item.

Sometimes it's difficult finding HD associates. Seems like they're spread thin. However they're very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Hopefully HD will be able to retain these people and promote within. I've had the pleasure to shop in this store for about 7 years.

Such great store ! Everyone very welcoming and willing to help you get what you need. This store is very clean and organized, the staff is always waking with a smile and greeting you and asking if you need assistance. I've walked into 8 Home Depots combined with Lowes and NONE have matched the same great cuality customer service I revieved minutes ago! :)

We go to the home depot store #6525 on 290. Peggy in the lawn and garden department has always helped us find exactly what we needed. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We usually go on Saturdays and Sundays because that is when she works. One thing I would like to see Home Depot do is let customers bring their dogs in. Lowe's let's customers do this and we would love to see this implemented. Jennifer W.

My sales associate, Julius was extremely helpful in assisting me in getting my paint color to my liken. He was very pleasant, energetic and very knowledgeable about the service he was providing. I appreciated his enthusiasm and professionalism. He even came off break early so that he could assist me, even when I stated that I would wait until his break was over. Thank you Julius!

Store was clean. Model of faucet we wanted was not in stock but found an okay substitute (we would have preferred the slightly more expensive spot resistant model). Also needed a water filter replacement. Found an associate easily. Not especially friendly but knew exactly where to find what we needed. Did self check out with no waiting.

The store was well stocked and clean. Joyce in the Lawn and Garden is extremely helpful and professional. She is always smiling and willing to help. Excellent customer service!!

Craig Miller assisted me when I bought my 96 gallon Toter Two Wheel garbage can. Not only did he give me some great advice regarding this item, but he also gave me some helpful hints on extending the life of my Honda lawnmower (a Home Depot purchase) and how to safely spray the poison ivy that is growing on my fence. He is a wealth of good solid information - he could teach a Saturday helpful hint class at Home Depot. Unlike MOST Home Depot employees and More importantly, Mr. Miller approached ME to find out what type of help I needed. I did not have to go search for an employee that was reluctant to help me. Nothing was impossible for Mr. Miller to help me with, and he did it all with a smile. This is the best experience I have ever had at Home Depot. Other employees could stand to learn customer service from Mr. Craig Miller.

Oscar and Ron were very helpful. My son in law was very helpful also. The associates made the visit very pleasant.

Needed to replace a kitchen faucet and with the help of Terrell I purchased all of the supplies needed and he recommended a great Moen faucet. Thanks

The paint department bent over backwards to help us with a large volume of custom paint. Even though some of the paint we needed was out of stock in the 5 gallon size, they price-matched with 5 single gallons. We have been trying to purchase this from the Home Depot on the N. Loop West, checking with them daily and all they tell us is they are out of the 5 gallon size and they have no idea when more will come in. Never were we offered the price-match option! The Pro Account department was equally as helpful getting us set up with a Pro account. Sadly, we have spent at least $10K at the N. Loop West location in the past year and will receive no benefit since no one bothered to tell us about signing up for a Pro Account. Then our purchases were loaded into our vehicle! We have never received this type of service from the Home Depot on the N. Loop West which is only 1 mile from our home as compared to this location being around 15 miles from our home. The N. Loop West Home Depot needs to take a lesson from this location!

We felt like celebrities...First, we received free hot dogs and as we walked in...the great deals started immediately... The greeters greeted us and handed us a circular. As we made our way through the store, we were asked my at least 3/4 associates if they could help. This type of experience is what initially kept me a Lowes customer but they were unable to maintain those standards...Today, HOME DEPOT has surpassed those standards and I can't wait for my next visit...I have to wonder if all the Home Depot stores have adopted this model, I hope so. Oh yeh, I almost forgot although she was unforgettable...Our cashier; La'Tisha...WAS AWESOME!!!!! she made my wife laugh and smile and my wife never laughs and smiles... thanks again for a great experience!!!!!!!!

I only shop at this Home Depot. I was looking for a new lawnmower and I'm pleased with my new Honda mower.

The cashier, should get a bonus for her show of customer service. She paged and paged for assistance but no one ever showed up. Finally these 2 guys who worked there but were off work/shopping in the store came to my rescue. They made 2 trips out to my car and could not have been any nicer. All three apologized for me having to wait so, so, so long for service. All 3 deserve a BONUS:)

I visited the store on Mother's Day with my children to get some plants. We were looking for a Aloe Vera plant and were directed to it personally by staff. I also got a lovely rose bush and my daughter picked up a few plants also. We asked questions of almost everyone working out in the garden shop and was very please with the pleasant and helpfulness of each associate. We even got our plants potted there with the promotion they had going on at the time. Thanks to the 4 associates that helped us out that day. 2 cashiers, one that potted our plants and a floor staff associate helping us with plant questions. Thank you !!
