Best Store to shop for Home Products

I think its rude to have elderly customer to check themselves out when store is empty and lazy employees just standing around.

Was easy to find all that I was looking for

Home Depot is at the right place and the right time when I need the products they have on hand. I like that and the friendliness of those employed.

my truck keep getting broken into this store , not enough security in this store.

The store is close to my job and on the way home. It's always clean and I really get treated like I matter.

Great shopping experience. When my coworker told me about this store I actually passed it up had to go to the next street and come back. Really enjoyed my visit.

Upon arrival, I was able to get into the parking lot with not problem. Finding a parking spot was also a breeze. As I walked in there was a security guard at the front door. I went in but the product I was looking for was not in the same location as the last Home Depot that i visited. I asked the first team member that I encountered and he was able to let me know where the product was. I walked over and it was where he told me it would be and there was an abundance of it. #satisfiedcustomerathomedepot

The store was clean and easy to navigate around. Associates were extremely helpful and answered all my questions.

This is our local Home Depot. We do frequent the store and we always seem to be in the middle of a project. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I needed help with patio blinds. I asked for help, and Shelley was appointed to help me she refused. It was kind of a silent refusal. Shelley walked up and was asked to help me and she looked at me wide eyed and took a deep breath. There was an awkward silence. The associate noticed the resistance and suggested Angelica, whom was actually helping a customer at the time, to help me. I then said,"To whom ever is willing to help me, I'll be in the section looking." I don't know why she didn't want to help me. I felt very disrespected at the least. Angelica swapped customers and helped me get going! Thanks for helping a Brother out!

The store has improved a ton. You can tell the difference. Employees, clean store, and well stocked. The 2 employess, Mark Stein--lumber and Rose, my cashier were both exceptional. They should be the model for all stores in your chain. They love their job, know their job, are professional and are supberb with customer service skills. They go the extra mile and can multitask. You would do well to keep them as they represent your brand very well indeed.

lots of staff, very helpful finding what I needed, got me in and out in a very timely manner. The store is always very organized and clean and safe with barricades and horns and spotters with the forklifts.

First, there are too many day laborers in the parking lot and I don't feel my vehicle is safe and I do not like getting accosted while entering and leaving the store .The bathroom looks and smells like a bad stadium bathroom during a concert . The lack of skilled employees that would have even a basic knowledge of the materials and their use is horrible . The lack of a person to check my items out was the last straw . I will not return to this store . Every effort will be made to source my materials from other companies .

This store has the best customer service experience of all the home depots that I have shopped. Great and friendly cashiers. The store is always clean and neat in appearance. Great employees providing quality customer service.

I ordered 25 bags of mulch due to the great sale Home Depot had going on. However, I do not own a truck, so when I went to pick it up, only 10 bags would fit into my small car. The service desk attendances were very friendly and we all laughed about my purchase. I just could not pass up the prices, even though I could not get it all home at one time, and I did not even know how I would get it out of my car! The guys who packed my car were nice even though they probably wanted to laugh because I ordered so much and could only get less that half of the bags in the car. They were attentive to my needs to make sure none of the bags had holes in them so my car would stay clean. They also made sure I went back to the service desk to update them on how many I had left to pick up at a later date. The workers at the service desk assured me my other mulch bags would be there whenever I came back to get them. Needless to say I did get the heavy bags out of the car and will go back to get the others. Very soar arms and legs today. LOL Appreciate all the help and service from all the associates!
