Not honoring sale
Went in to take advance of a sale item, it rang up to original price when I asked for them to review it and set it to the advertised amount they proceeded to act like they did and said it would show up on payment, it obviously did not, when I expressed that it was set at retail rather than sale price lady shushed me and said if I had a complain to take it up with customer service. If you’re not going to honor the price don’t put it on sale. Maybe don’t shush your shoppers

      Lots of inventory, but increasingly limited to Home Depot branded products (like Hubspace)
      Although I shop here regularly, I've been disappointed to see Home Depot products replacing other products they used to carry -- like the full line up of Wyze products, for example. In the home automation space, there's increasingly less choice in store and on their website that is driving me to purchase more products on the web. I have some hubspace products, but they don't play all that well with Apple, and are not HomeKit compatible - nor do they offer many alternatives that are. This is partly Apple's fault, but it would have been nice if Home Depot had included homekit compatibility as a feature for their own hubspace products.

        No one will listen to me when I call about someone using my account for a purchase. This has been going on for over a year !!!! I am done with it, good luck.

            Plenty in stock
            Was on sale and surprised that I was able to get a 22 ml floor tile that doesn't have to be glued down, locks together, looks like marble. We thought we were going to have to settle for 8 ml floor roll and cut ourselves. Yeah

                Want to give KUDOS and THANK YOU to Mr. Curtis Brock, Appliance Specialist in Kitchen and Bath! He went over and beyond to help my husband and I on the purchase of a new refrigerator. His professionalism and knowledge of the different brands helped us tremendously on making a decision with our purchase. Hope this kindness carries over to the delivery and install of my new Appliance. I will definitely recommend others to him.

                  Not the best store for pro customers
                  This is a great store for normal shoppers but if you a pro in need of supplies and get loaded fast this is not the store. Super nice people but no sense of urgency by loading staff. How has cement gone up by 6000% in a year. Labor is only up by 8% diesel fuel is down by 20% this is nothing but corporate greed by the suppliers or Home depot not sure which???

                    TO THE TWO FEMALE BULLIES
                    This is the second time I have been treated rudely at this specific store. And it’s always the same few younger female employees. I was checking out. And deciding on my purchases. While two or three younger female employees stood around the self checkout making rude comments about the customers. I ignored them at first. But as I was leaving and an older employee told me to have a happy holiday and to come back. The three younger employees decided to get even more lazy and act like jerks. And yelled out “NO DONT COME BACK” As I turned around to confront them. They went silent and acted like they did not say a thing. It was pathetic. And absolutely sad to see supposed adults working at a Home Depot who could be rude just to be rude and act like bullies. If they had attacked someone with less of a sense of self. I can’t imagine how much their words would have hurt them. And set their holiday back. Also. Someday these pathetic employees will smart off and be rude to the wrong person. And I hope they’re prepared for the repercussions of that. I will never shop at this store again. I love Home Depot. But this experience was just weird. And something I have never experienced before. You two young women are jerks. Good luck in life. Yuck

                      I hate to say we do not remember the gentleman's name, but he was working the Pro Desk the morning of Thursday, Nov. 19th. He was very patient, thorough and helpful with getting my employee connected to our corporate account to be able to use the perks we had accumulated.

                              Roger @ the Howard Lane, Austin location was amazing. He helped us pick out our under the range microwave even though this was not his area of expertise. Roger went above and beyond what was expected . Too bad not all Home Depot employees are as good as Roger.

                                Bad Home Depot experience!!
                                I will tell you this. I went to Home Depot in July 24th. Saw a sign up that read buy the Ridged Starter pack ( 2 4.0 batteries and a charger for $169 get a tool for free. Told the employee I wanted to purchase the darter pack and the skill saw which was pictured in the ad. She could not find the battery starter pack and said they were out. She told me the Home Depot in Round Rock had 3. I drove to Round Rock at once and went to the tool department. I found an employee and showed him the same sign that was posted in the tool department and he started looking for the battery kit. He said it showed he had 3 but he could not find them. After about 20 minutes of hunting he went to the clearance rack and found the starter kit. He said they were marked down to $99.00. He got the battery kit and saw which is free with the purchase of the battery kit and went to the register. The lady at the check stand scanned the battery kit and the saw and it did not credit the saw. The employee who helped me showed the cashier the sign which he took to the register and told her the sign was hanging up in the tool department. He looked at the fine print at the bottom of the sign but could not read it. The lady at the check stand pulled out a magnifying glass from her pocket so she could read it. She could barely read it with the magnifying glass. The promotion ended July 21. He told the cashier that we need to honor it because we had the sign up. The cashier said that would be a $100.00 mark down so call a manager. He Called for a manager but no one came. He had to leave to go help someone it the tool department. After a few more minutes passed the checker saw a girl close by and went to talk to her. After several mire minutes the girl came to the register. She looked at the battery and saw sitting on the counter then looked at the sign and said I am sorry sir we cannot honor this. She then with the sign in hand turned and walked away. I am not sure what the cashier told her before she came to the register but she seemed to have already made up her mind before she even came to the register. She was not at the register more than 10 seconds meanwhile I felt like I had wasted half my day because a promotion was still posted in both Home Depot’s I went to. A total waste of my day because the signs were still up and the promotion date was printed so small you needed a magnifying class to read it. Shame on Home Depot and Shame on Ridged for the almost invisible promotion date on the sign. Very disappointed in Home Depot. It would not have been so bad if the girl ( manager) would have been even a little caring and sincerely apologetic. Did not get any names but the guy in the tool department that helped me was awesome. The girl who came to help (manager) was horrible. Young dark hair and tattoos covering her neck completely. Nothing wrong with tattoos just the best way to describe her. You wanted feedback so here you go.

                                                I went to find a barbecue pit for my husband for Memorial Day.And this father's day gift and let me tell you they nailed it! Every time I go to this home depot I am greeted and ask if I need any help. All I can say just keep it up!!
