GOOD TO GO IN FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, WHEN THE STAFF IS THERE TO GREAT AND HELP YOU FIND THINGS WHEN YOU ARE IN A HURRY. IN AND OUT.

I was shopping for electrical parts for the house, great selection and was in and out within 20 minutes....

Ron L. Was amazing he not only made sure I understood my project completely but also gave me valuable information that I needed for my specific project.. He went above and beyond to explain what I needed to do and made sure I had the right tools for my application.. He is fantastic and I think higher of the Home Depot because of him!! Great job Ron!!

I needed help with paint and although there were quite a few people there, I was still helped immediately.

Looking for an electric chainsaw? Associate right there who knew all about chainsaws for the best product, not the most expensive. Looking for a commode? Associate is right there with the knowledge of a master plumber. He guided me through to the best purchase, though not the least expensive, provided install tips and upgraded hardware I would never had known I needed. Need wood? Associate right there to help choose the right product for my need and cut it for me. Washing machine, lawn mower, furnace filters, furniture finish? You get the idea. Always satisfied if I don't know exactly what will work the best. They seem to. I go in there with some complex projects and always leave with more knowledge than when I went in. Seems I get the right products and materials to do it once as long as I ask for help. It is always there at expert level at this store which I find amazing. I rarely have to return anything. Sometimes the store is lacking in specialty tools which I find elsewhere, but this is my preferred store to begin shopping and asking questions.

I could spend hours exploring the aisle, and dreaming of using all the amazing, useful, and beautiful products here!

I've had very negative customer service experiences at other home improvement stores which is why I exclusively shop at Home Depot. It's because Home Depot never fails to show that customers matter. In my recent trip I needed some assistance in the garden department. Very quickly I found Fred who was able to direct me to products that would meet my needs. He brought the products to check out for me and loaded my truck. It was the end of the day and close to closing, and I'm sure he must have been tired. But he didn't show it. Instead he was friendly and helpful. It's because of associates like Fred that I keep me coming back to this Home Depot location.

I was able to find exactly what I needed without needing any help from an associate.

Shopping at the Home Depot on Howard Lane is always a pleasant experience. All the store associates are very friendly and very helpful. They always know where even the most obscure items in the store are located. They usually walk me right up to the items I am looking for. I shop this store often and always look forward to my visits. Keep up the great work Home Depot staff.

I found the associates to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Always associates available... but often items are not in-stock so I have to go home and order online. The only reason I come into the store is if I need items immediately, or if there's a discount that can only be applied in-store.

While it is sometimes hard to find someone to assist you, the associates are all friendly and helpful when you do. Customer service is excellent at this store.

Paul in plumbing (I guess it was plumbing, I needed several pieces of PVC, possible other items, and counsel for a project) took quite a bit of time to evaluate my project ideas and then get what was needed, and then cut it down to the proper length. I walked out with the project finished. You can't beat that! Got it home and it was a success, all measurements spot on! I had mistakenly listed Paul as an associate at the Bastrop, Tx store so this will correct it to the Howard Lane, Austin, Texas store. Way to go Paul at Howard Lane!

Garden dept is great with a lot of selections. Highly recommended.

The associate in lawn and garden was extremely helpful and friendly when there to purchase a tool for my hubby!

Always enjoy going to this Home Depot. I can find what I need even on a quick run into the store. The associates have always been friendly and helpful. The times that I have been in the store it has always been clean and orderly. Great job!!

The store was out of stock on Scotts Top Soil. The cashier (Jennifer) called to find out if there was more and when more would be delivered. She also gave me a %10 discount on the product I did purchase. Great initiative and service.

Went to purchase a lot of paint. That department was pretty prompt and an overall positive experience. Checkout was somewhat disappointing. Despite seeing that I (alone) had a 5 gallon bucket of paint and am pregnant, no one offered to help me lift it out of the cart to scan or if I would need help getting it to my car. Even if I weren't pregnant, I would still expect the courtesy of being offered help when purchasing heavy/hard to move items. It's happened 2 times so far. Other than that, I really like this particular location.

Lightly greeted at the door, went to what I was looking for and found it. An associate answered a couple of questions about installation and they were spot on.

This store has some very good employees that are ready to help. I have shopped this location for 3 years and over that time there has been both bad and good employees at this location. I would like to say that my recent experience with Tanya was exceptional in her eagerness to help get me out of the store quickly. In my line of work it is important that I get in and out of stores quickly. In previous visits the cashier Jacqueline get things moving quickly and she makes sure people are quickly checked out as well. I will keep shopping at this location just for the facts of speedy checkout, great products, and good prices. Very Happy with this location.

The store was laid out well, it had great lightning so no dark areas. It's hard sometimes to find an associate to help my shopping but I when I have asked at the office/return desk, they called for a person who showed up and helped me find what I needed.
