The gardening section of Home Depot always have the items on sale in stock. The sales associates are very helpful and if needed, can load your things into your car. Highly recommend this Home Depot Store in North Austin.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE CASHIERS AND THE STORE WAS SUPPER CLEAN.

There weren't many associates available in the garden section, so i had to help myself find the product needed. I'm not incapable of doing so, just would have saved me about 5 minutes of aimlessly wondering around.

I have purchased new kitchen appliances through this location. The sales representative (Jay) in Appliances was instrumental in helping me. His knowledge, expertise and number of years having sold appliances made him so valuable to me and my purchase decisions. Rita, in Customer Service is far the best CR I've had the pleasure of dealing with, and her continued follow-up after the sale is very much appreciated. Jenny (Store Expediter) helped ensure everything was done precisely, and Curtis, the Manager went beyond the call of duty to ensure I got the original sales price (due to a mix-up by a HomeDepot contractor). This store has the best people working for HomeDepot. 5-Stars!

This store is one of the finest HomeDepot's in Austin. I walk into the store and I'm immediately greeted by a store representative asking me how they can help me, or point me in the direction of the item I'm looking for. I walk into the next area and another store representative stops to ask me if they can help me. Now this is great customer service. The people at HomeDepot is what makes this store special. Rina in Customer Service and Jay in Appliances are the two foremost employees which I can't thank enough for all their help. In error I ordered some wrong kitchen appliances, these folks helped me correct my problem in just a few minutes, and gave me advice which saved me a significant amount of money! Jay in Appliances is the most knowledgeable individual I've ever ran into. Anyone wanting appliances should go to him first to be assured they're ordering the right appliances for the home. 5-Stars to the crew at HomeDepot.

It is nice this store is local. Glad they have rainwater collection in the garden area.

SERVICE, STAFF AND PRODUCT ALL ARE GOOD, BUT PRICES IS NOT REASONABLE VERY EXPENSIVE IN TRUE BLUE AC FILTER IF YOU GET SMALLER ONE IS $3.97 AND BIGGER IS STILL SAME PRICE, IT'S NOT MAKE SENSE. I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I LOOKED THE PRICE ON CASH REGISTER MONITOR.

Store was conveniently located and had what I was looking for.

I had help today with products on the shelf that I was unable to reach. The associate was very prompt and very friendly and happy. That is such a great attitude to have at work on the holiday week-end and with all the rain. Great job associates you made my experience very pleasant.

I was initially confused by the deadbolts not being included in the section of the store that said "door hardware", but was directed to the area with the doors, which was just an aisle or two over. In my mind, the hardware includes the knobs & deadbolts.

The associate that assisted me was helpful and friendly. He made suggestions and showed me various options of products that would work for my project.

The electrical associates were very kind and knowledgeable.

Was greeted at the door by a associate who asked how he could help me and directed me to the correct aisle where my product was...on the way ran into another associate who asked if he could help me. I said "yes" needed a battery, I thought, for my garage door opener which I had in my hand. He took it, screwed off the back, took out the battery and said.."it also needs to be cleaned", scraped off the connectors, and directed me to the batteries at the front of the store. I needed a few other items so he told me where those were too. By the time I made it back to the front of the store to where the batteries were, this associate was up there and helping me find the batteries, then put the new battery in my opener for me. I then needed a key made. There was another associate standing right there by the key machine who immediately made my key. I used the self check out. The young lady overseeing that area asked if I would like a paper bag (in our city they've passed an ordinance of no plastic bags), I said "yes, please". She said, "here I'll go ahead and scan your items for you"...which she did and placed them in the bag for me so all I had to do was pay for my purchases.....all of this on a TUESDAY MORNING. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! WAY TO GO HOME DEPOT TEAM!!

Art Tiemann was extremely helpful in getting me the correct parts and supplies to replace my master bathroom toilet. Art Tiemann gave spot-on advice on what to look for, and look-out for. Art Tiemann provided assistance to a half-dozen customers during the brief time I was inside the store and checking-out.

The associates are many and are so willing to help locate the items you are looking for! I'm a woman and sometimes go in there not sure what it a product really is that I need,but they have the patience to help me look for it! Over all just love the store and always enjoy my shopping experience, so much to look at and can great ideas for new projects I'm working on!

this store was very clean and it had a lot more selection of products then other stores.I also was very happy with the help i received in the door lock area.

I found the experience with the self-checkout reasonable easy. Scott assisted me when my items would not scan and his attentiveness exudes excellent customer service.

I shop here alot! Everyone is always polite and helpful!
