I was very happy with the help of the store associate, he helped us find what we were looking for, this is a store we were unfamiliar with.

I have been going to this store very frequently throughout the last two years. The employees go the extra mile, store is laid out well, store is clean, fair price for most products, products have always been in stock, and if I need assistance I don't have to go far. This store by far is must better than other home depot store, especially the Brighton MI store. I highly recommend this store.

My experience was amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to help. It was as if they had ownership in the store!

Extremely satisfied! Need a new fridge, ours broke and of course on the day we went grocery shopping. Had some available in store for me to purchase and bring home the same day.

Paint department staff very helpful at this location. They have matched perfectly paint samples/chips that I have taken in.

Recently while visiting the local Home Depot to purchase a freezer, I received customer service that was outstanding ! The associates, during both of my visits, were nothing short of great. Robin gave me information that truly helped to make the final decision on if to purchase the freezer or not. And Lisa, was a true pleasure to work with to help sort out some questions about my paperwork. Thanks for allowing me to feel like we, as customers, as family. Keep up the good work !

good store. A little better than average ability to get assistance. In a lot of these stores you cant seem to find anyone that works there for assistance.

I love how I can ask any employee where to locate something, and they always know what aisle, what side, how far down, etc. Most times, they will walk me right to it and stay until they know I have what I need.

If you need help at the Howell store, find Brandon in Lumber. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable about a ton of stuff. Any time I need something for around the house, I will go to Howell and look for Brandon!

Isles are often cluttered with many boxed displays. Associates are always available to help in finding needed items.

First I called Home Depot to see if they would cut lumber pieces for me, I talked to Adam and he said they would. I also asked if they would put the four pieces together for me or at least tell me what I needed to do it myself. I am a 69 year old woman (no building experience), and I needed a whelping box immediately. When I arrived at the store I got an associate and he found the piece I needed, then along came Adam, He said "Hi, are you Pat" I said yes and from there on he took over and even put the box together for me. I am so grateful for the help. I don't know much about building anything, but I have always liked Hardware store type places, now only HOME DEPOT that way I know what and how to do things. THANKS, ADAM!

Amanda did a phenomenal job helping us try to find a paint color that was perfect for our bathroom. the first color we picked out w few days prior was a huge mistake and she helped correct it. She was very helpful and very friendly. Thank you so much Amanda! I appreciate it.

This is a very nice store, however it definitely needs more persons available for helping.

Found item isle and store location on website. In and out in 5 minutes

store was fairly clean, some isles were blocked with no associates working in area associates were very friendly checkout was fast

I wish you had more room to show more appliances, very hard to see, touch and look at from a computer screen. It seems from where I am that the area is short of people to help, when we went to kitchen cabinets, counter tops, you are short people who were able to help. Over all, we'll be back again..
