Repair deck every year. Replace bad board.

The majority of the time it is very hard to find someone to help you. Don't ask for loading as you will be left out in the loading zone forever. Every time I need help, no one ever shows up. I even had a customer that was walking into the store help me load some heavy stuff.

My favorite Home Depot. Know right where everything is, employees are always friendly. Just wish they had a qualified person in each department like they used to. Need to pay a little better to keep them. They were more valuable to customers than you have now.

Our sales person in the millworks department was fantastic! Brenda was very knowledgeable and patient. Home Depot couldn't ask for a better person to represent them.

Every time I shop here, the employees are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. They take an interest in you. I go out of my way to shop this store.

It was a pleasure to shop at the Howell Home Depot today. The staff members were very friendly and easy to locate. I didn't have to hunt for a staff member to assist with locating a couple of items. They were right there in the aisle. I was able to use the regular check-out lane also. A cashier was waiting for me. I didn't have to use the self-checkout which is difficult at times. I will continue to keep this my regular go-to store.

Associate named candice should be commended for her knowledge of her job and friendly attitude. Had me in and out quickly and efficiently. Shes awsome.

We are so happy to have Home Depot right here in Howell. We can always count on their regular hours, helpful staff and quality products and services. We've purchased everything from ant traps to carpeting to a whole house full of appliances. We so appreciate the help they provide when we're doing a project or repair ourselves too; they have saved us many mistakes and lots of time.

This store seems to always have assitants ready willing and able to assist shoppers. They are friendly, knowledgable, and diligent to provide assistance.

I arrived just before closing time, and the associates were extremely helpful in guiding me to find what I was looking for. With enthusiasm, cut the piece of lumber that I needed.

Typical big box store visit. Clean, well stocked in light of today's supply issues, but as in the past when I've come here, no one asked if I needed help, and the only person to greet me was a nice young man in the lot doing shopping carts. Though I live close to this Home Depot, for the last several years I've used the Brighton one as my go-to place to shop. Staff seems friendlier, more helpful, and more plentiful at times.
