Frequently short of propane. otherwise well stocked.

Manager Shawn Warner and appliance rep Celeste are huge huge asset to the store. They’ve provided outstanding customer service.

In general I do not like HD as they provide horrible customer service and like to "point" rather than actually help you. The Hyattsville store and Clifford in flooring went over and above the other day. I was sent on a wild goose chase for an item from my store in Silver Spring (which did not have the item I needed) and they sent me to College Park, where they told me the item WAS in stock. It wasn't. College Park told me it was in stock in Hyattsville. I called ahead and Clifford in Flooring (wrong department) found my item (which was very heavy) pulled two of them), held them and had them waiting for me, on a cart when I got there! I really appreciated that extra step and great service from him! Thank you for being one shining star!

Again, I made a big purchase at Hyattsville home depot with great customer service provided by Margaret Gurwah. I like this store for having very knowledgeable employees.

Tony was very helpful. I purchased two doors and Tony helped me to find the door I was looking for. When I checked online the item showed it was out of stock. Tony instantly knew what I was looking. After I purchased the doors Tony retrieved the items from the shelf and had them waiting for my contractor to pick them up at his desk. Excellent customer service and knowledge of product. I will make sure family and friends visit the Hyattsville store.

I found the employees at this store to be more helpful than any other Home Depot store in the area. Sheniqua was especially helpful with a complicated return we had to process. Even though we were getting frustrated (not with her, but with the fact a gift return is so complicated at home depot), she was so calm and kindly figured out how to process it. We very much appreciate her help.

The cashier that attended us had extremely poor customer service, she had the audacity to yell at my husband for not understanding and didn’t even want to explain to him what he needed to do.

Portia, the sales cashier in the Returns department was extremely helpful and friendly with a difficult transaction. She understands customer needs and is very competent. I would recommend her for a management position.

My experience at home Depot was excellent. Staff extremely willing to assist me in each department visited and most willing to answer my questions. I found product , however, it was not stocked and had to be ordered. Clerk very kind to suggest that I check back on status of order. The store was clean and areas marked clearly to indicate where items were located. Salesman very will to lookup location of items and guide me to the areas needed.

I really appreciate home depot management to have a well trained employees such as Margaret Gurwah. She was always there to provide an excellent customer services.

The store is clean, the staff are helpful and friendly and I felt like they are doing an amazing job with managing operations throughout the COVID-19 public health emergency.

The store's inventory frequently doesn't match what the website says it has. Also, there is frequently stuff left in the aisles, like packaging. And I have seen employees not wearing their masks improperly, or not at all sometimes. All that notwithstanding, employees there are friendly and helpful.

Ordered a grill online, had it charged to my cc account, and then had to call repeatedly to be told that the grill was there, and it was on hold for my pickup. Unfortunately after driving a half hour to the store, then waiting in line to get into Customer Service for another half hour, was told the grill had been SOLD. The employee was very sorry, but could do nothing, not even get a similar grill held in another store another half hour away.. Was not pleased at all, and no effort to reach out and resolve the problem, nothing at all....

KeyHero leaves much to be desired. Staff not trained.

Just wish the self checkout scanner would be sanitized...so so many people touch it and it seems to never get sanitized by employees

Only place I go for projects I do at home. Store set up nice, products easy to find. People working there are nice and friendly.

I brought my lamp into the Prince George's Plaza Home Depot in Hyattsville and was pleasantly surprised that the lamp could be fixed. Mario patiently fixed the lamp and I had another concern about having another light bulb replaced in my bathroom. Mario gave me the customer service number for Home Depot and he also took the time to look on the internet to suggest which companies sell another light bulb I have that's no longer stocked in-store. He gave me peace of mind about my future electrical needs.

Store manager Courtney is a true hands on manager. She cares about each and every customer, whether a contractor like myself or a home owner. I’ve seen her interact. There are so many other employees that care and excel at their job. Most of my work is in DC, but I choose to come to this store for the ease of shopping here align with the employees that make it quick and easy to shop for whatever our needs are. Thank you.

Cashier Brianna was helpful. It wasn't easy to find products and someone to help us on the floor.

The people that worked there was nice somewhat. They worked so hard. They ask people if they need help

The manager for the lock set section, Tolu, is phenomenal, as are the other people working with him in that section. Everyone was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and Tolu himself re-keyed a set I purchased, taking the time to explain the process to me and using it as an opportunity to train another team member. The experience really made an impression on me and I will go out of my way to visit this store again in the future due to the helpfulness of the people working there.
