I received gift card and tried to use it, but when you scratch the back, the numbers unreadable

Entered store about 8:20 PM, noticed no flatbeds available. Also noticed overnight staff using them for their work. Needed 3 XL shelve units, asked for assistance in customer service. Was told there was nothing they could do, asked for a manger and was told (and I quote) “what is a manager gonna do?” Finally after wandering around for 10 minutes Alex in tool department helped me out. I asked him to get me a manager, but after 10 minutes I gave up. I paid for the shelves and walked out of that hell whole. It seems like your employees are miserable and hate their jobs. Definitely won’t be going there again!

I bought a Toshiba Portable Type Room Air Conditioner, and I am very satisfied with the product which I could afford since it was on sale!

I came in to the Home Depot on Thursday to buy some appliances and could not get anyone to assist me. I returned on Sunday and Ebony was in the Carpet Department but gladly helped me with the appliances. I purchase a Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, and Deep Freezer….Thank you Ebony for being kind and patient with me.

I have Spent over 100k at this store and whenever I am Here loss prevention follows me the cashier watch my every scan without asking to assist me. The don’t say welcome or care about customer service, I have wasted hours of my time waiting for employees to open locked items. Buying products that were placed in the wrong areas, or incomplete boxed products also have wasted my time. No to mention there are never any carts In store it’s impossible to get the lumber I need. Renting tools here has taken me over an hour on multiple occasions oh and if there is a line employees will avoid the rental area.

You would think that you would receive bad service because this Home Depot is in South Central L.A. but in my experience you would be wrong! I shoped this Home Depot a few times and always received better service than the Home Depot in Downey! And Huntington park! Great job employees of Home Depot in Hyde park!

Gardening items are usually available and affordable.

Trending at The Home Depot: - Hard to get anyone to assist. - Lack of professionalism by associates - Low or zero inventory on hundreds of items - Constant product relocation, making it impossible to find lots of items - Associates are constantly rounding up in groups to socialize. - A new company should be hired to design the store's layout. (Stores are cluttered). - Pricing is out of control.

I buy often at this store and always find someone nice to help me out with my projects.

My dad came to the store for many years purchased lots of things on his credit card and cash. One day security saw him and accused him of stealing did not let him explain and banned them from the store. When I try to talk to the manager they avoid me. This is probably the worst store I've ever been to. Management is a joke and they avoid people instead of solving issues. We are still missing the part that they stole to as well we are going to charge interest and fill out a police report. The managers a thief for steal from a old man.

Ask for Louie! He goes the EXTRA mile to ensure you have everything you need and more!!! Excellent Service!!!

Be advised if you buy a Rheem boiler from this store most likely it will be defective. Despite warranty you will have to pay to replace the defective piece and submit receipts to Rheem for reimbursement. Policy and procedure cashiers are often unaware of that wastes your time and energy while you argue with upper management about the absurdity of all the hoops you have to jump through because the piece was defective! While they refuse to provide any relief because they’re afraid to lose their job over offering a discount? Or so I was told by the assistant store manager. Empower your employees to deescalate, provide them with knowledge and tools. If the company really does fire individuals for being helpful by offering discounts it’s time to rethink how you’re doing business.

The Hyde Park store is my “go to” location for many years, and I have always had a great experience each time! All employees are always knowledgeable about products as well as knowing where EVERYTHING is located! The shelves are always stocked and the store is always neat and well kept! Keep it up guys! 👍🏾

Sale Cashier Krystyle brought her "A" game! She was super cordial, promoted Home Depot customer service shamelessly! I'm smiling as I recall her promoting/advertising game! She did all this while ensuring that my self-checkout process was seamless. Such a refreshing satisfying breathe of customer service. Kudos to Ms. Krystyle!
