First let’s just say Abel is very helpful and friendly!! He provides the best customer service and is very knowledgeable in what he sells and all products in the store. He is able to answer all my questions and concerns I might have for products. All purchases I’ve made with his assistance have been the best investment I’ve made on all purchases. If you ever shop at this Home Depot Abel is your guy to go to for assistance!

Excellent customer service at the Hyde Park Home Depot!!! The store is well stocked and the employees are professional and helpful. So grateful that we can get this kind of excellent service in our community. Thank you Home Depot for making our community proud.

As much as I hate to write this negative review based on one experience, I have to. I was insulted and demeaned by this stores lost prevention. I was accused of scanning an item twice and missing another. As honest a mistake it was, it was not handled that way. I was treated like a thief, and not a customer. I allowed the clerk as well as lost prevention to see the receipt. The list prevention then starts accusing me trying to steal. Seriously? I told him" no problem whatever I missed or mistook can be paid for or removed". He was livid and accusatory and didn't want to let me pay without his scene he created. I became upset and began to argue with him. Then he threatens to cal the police. I told him he should. Very demeaning and honestly not worth coming back here.

Renee in Customer Service is a treasure! She's helpful, knowledgeable, patient and conversational. The current long lines to get in the store, as a result of Covid19, could be mitigated with a better process. Some of the garden items were out of stock, and not many knowledgeable garden personnel in that section, mostly teenagers or clerks.

Fast quick easy good service. Nice help. Fair price. Get to your nearest home depot. Almost everything you need on a regular is found there!

if I could rate this a negative 10 because of the horrible customer service received from cashiers ashley and jocelyn (they're so insignificant that their names don't deserve to be capitalized. ashley was rude from the moment i first stepped up to her line and so was joceylyn. ashley refused to ring me up and called security on me because i put my items down on the counter heavy and told her she didnt have to be mean. jocelyn, who was not even in this, jumped in and esculated the situation and start screaming for the manager as if I was choking ashley. i will NEVER shop at this store again. i will go to the nicer neighborhoods where the cashiers and properly trained and dont look like street walkers.

The items I went to find were easily accessible and I was offered so much help trying to get them into my car.

Definitely I recomend this store whatever you look for are on place if not just ask an associate they ready and helpful.

The store had more products than it use to have and the Displays are outstanding.

This store is a joke. Deplorable conditions

Store is in deplorable condition.....out of stocks everywhere on key items. Employees having personal conversation and not doing their duties. Lack of knowledge for the job they are doing and tend to make stuff up to get rid of you. Long lines!!! They have no competition in the area so they don’t lack sales and therefore hire mediocre employees and management.

I enjoyed the location, it is close by to my home, has about everything I need, and the parking is always easy to obtain. I will definitely come here again!!!

The Home Depot where I live is one of my favorite places to shop for tools and lumber.

This store is a much larger one and has a wide variety of products. Just one thing, the “Returns” section should be a separate area and not the same with a regular entrance. Otherwise great store, large parking lot.

Clean,helpful,and the things you want are easy to locate

The salesperson was both professional and caring. She went the extra mile when looking for the items that I needed and making suggestions that benefited me. She handled an irate customer that was rude to me but she never backed down and she was respectful and both the irate customer and myself left happy customers. Thank you
