I utilize Home Depot for the bulk of my home upkeep needs. More often than not I will first seek online assistance to locate the items and their prices. Most of the time I have little problem in accomplishing this task. Nonetheless, as nothing is perfect ,I do have times where finding an associate is time consuming and the sought products are not at this store. Then they have to call to see where I must travel. Then some incomprehensible things occur (like my four store jaunt for bamboo stakes that were supposed to be at EACH one), no one could find... Still all in all, I prefer this place to Lowe's counterparts and am pleased more often than not.

The sale association was very helpful and kind. They asked me several times if I need help which I didn't but it was great that they asked.

Our experience was excellent. We got helped right away, the associate who helped us followed up with us to make sure we were taken care of.

The store was full of Halloween suff I loved it. It's full of everything I need for my home.

Store was clean, parking lot was okay, easy to find stuff but checking out did take a bit longer than it should've taken.

Store was well organized and our cashier was very helpful. Her name is Raquel and she deserves to be employee of the month. She was very knowledgeable.

Went to buy some shelving wood and parts. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

My experience today was excellent. The cashier and the associate that helped me was very pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I needed help locating the mop/ bucket combination and was directed exactly to the item with no problem. In conclusion I am extremely pleased with the experience or help I received.

The associate's assistance and ease of purchase were both very appealing.

Attendants are responsive and helpful. I'd like to see attendants beef up their product knowledge beyond the basics... often many of us have unique situations where a little creative thought from a slightly more knowledgeable attendant might result in a creative solution. Otherwise, enjoy shopping here.

THE CASHIER THAT HELP ME WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY.

everything ok, except that little issue with a Latino employee who said to me when i asked for a product in Spanish, "I don't Speak Spanish" i think this is not correct. Then he was making fun of me, He though i didn't understand or speak English.

Extremely satisfied with the help of the associates in the appliance department. They went above and beyond their line of duty!!! Leo and a supervisor which unfortunately I didn't get her name (she did tell me) they were very helpful and patient with us! Thank you, thank you! I even ended up getting a washer n dryer which weren't on my list.

The store associates were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Store was clean. However the online help desk clerk had an ATTITUDE and could not perform her job duties CORRECTLY. #LEARNHOWTOREAD!!

The exchange process was extremely easy. I had mad an original purchase from out of town and had no problems exchanging damaged merchandise.

I was looking for a grill before the 4th of July. Lots of options were in stock as well as a variety of accessories, wood chips, charcoal varieties, etc. The cashier checked the contents of my box to make sure there was no damage from the forklift that's used to move merchandise around, I thought that was really nice.

As I've seen with so so many stores of every variety on the past 15 years, the reduction of associates as a result of cost (especially in large venues), always make getting assistance a bit of a chore at almost all times...

The only thing that really stood out was the customer service cashier,Asia , she was great ,.she had great customer service , patience , and a welcoming smile..

I've been to several Home Depot stores, I use to go to another one exclusively, but they were always out of products and I have waited up to 20 minutes for assistance. Started going to 1830 Slauson and my experiences have been delightful. Everything always in stock and always people to assist me. In the months of May and June, I have been there at least 10 times.

When you get inside the store, all you have to do is stand there and ask any associate that passes by for help....and like magic they give you accurate directions.

This store was very well stocked. There was a number of NEW merchandise.

I sent my worker to pick up my online order and the person who assisted him at the online pick-up gave him no problem and the product was available.

I visit Home Depo often, usually have problems finding someone helpful. However, I find I never have this problem at the hide park location. Without ever asking for help am usually approached and asked if help is needed.

Natalie was helpful and friendly. Method of payment was quick and easy.

Susan the cashier was great she was very attentive and professional.

Home Depot on Slauson Avenue in Los Angeles is the worst store I have ever been to. It is difficult to find the items and more difficult to find an Associate to help you. I visited this store on Monday, April 12th to purchase light bulbs. After getting frustrated for not finding the specific light bulbs, I asked for help. After 3 intercom calls and 20 minutes later one finally showed up.

Extremely helpful staff. Found everything I was looking for and prices were very reasonable. Loved the specials!
