the garden dept. was beautiful with easy access to everything and the sales associate was top notch.

Celina was AMAZING....not just her innate knowledge of the product, but her to ABILITY to understand what we were attempting to achieve with our color scheme. However, paramount above all is how she deals with customers on a personal level. She made recommendations as if she were painting her own home and that resonated profoundly. She certainly is an asset to your company!

no military discount and not very clear on what you are ordering.

The nails are not clear what kind I asked for finishing nails and they gave me one for a gun. I am not a builder so I did not know the difference. I had to return them. Also there is no Military discount offered on line. So if you pay on line you do not get your discount. I will not pay on line again. it may only be pennies but the are earned.

Great store layout, very easy to find exactly what I was looking for plus staff is so helpful and friendly (don't really get to see that very often)

Bought artificial turf and the service there is incredible. The prices are very competitive and the associate will help you get things ordered right and on time. Very helpful and patient, had a great experience buying something that I have never ordered before.

After a dozen trips to multiple Home Depots just prior to moving to Chula Vista, I was discouraged about the knowledge of associates within the plumbing department. At the store on Saturn just south of me in Chula Vista, I found Leo- a knowledgeable associate in plumbing. He helped me three times in one day, and went out of his way to let me know what I needed each time. He was patient, kind, and helpful. On the fourth visit, I was knee deep in water leaks and had to send my wife. She came with toddler and baby in tow, and was personally assisted and smothered with kindness by Margie, who connected my wife with Leo, who was willing to stay late to help my wife get what we needed to finish the job. Margie stayed with my wife until everything was secure and out the door. We keep coming back. This was a much different experience than at the store on Point Loma. Thank you kindly, Gage & Jessica

the store was clean and well lit...everyone who I had to deal with was helpful and friendly, I was not able to find the size of hex screw I was looking for...

This was possibly the best visit to a HD I have ever had. I actually had 2 different employees ask me if I needed help, and checked out with just 1 person in front of me. And the alarm didn't go off when I left the store. It was a good day at HD. Lindsey was a great cashier too!

Personnel at Home Depot have gone above and beyond to help me in my home project, from planning to the actual financing and delivery. Couldn't be happier and greatful :)

One or two of your store customer assistant act like a window dressing fixtuires with nil knowledge about your store products. They use fancy hairdo and many body tattoos. This makes my store visit a drag on an otherwise healthy customer experience.

Got everything I needed. When I ask for where something is; I would like to be taken to it and not just told what isle. Many of times, I cannot find the item. Thanks.

Two ladies came to my aid. I was most impressed by the helpfulness of the store employees. They made self checkout extremely easy and also helped me find things.

The paint counter and associate was very helpful, polite, knowledgeabe and courteous. The cashier was very personable and very helpful.
