Went to store to buy lumber to replace roof trim of my house. Tried to get help but employees just showed zero interest in helping me get the lumber I needed. Had to reach to get it myself.

Today 11/23/22 I called to speak with the appliance department. on the second attempt I reached April and we were disconnected, she was so profesional and a happy phone voice that I again called back. April answered right away and was so happy I did call back, and directed me to Appliances. Very good impression for Home Depot.

The Home Depot nearest me is a very busy store, yet, I have always received prompt and friendly service. The employees are informative and helpful if I cannot find an item. They serve a diverse community and many employees speak another language that reflects the needs of their customers. The environment of the store is clean and orderly which indicates the employees take pride in the store’s appearance. Finally, as a frequent customer, I appreciate the professionalism and cheerfulness I always encounter there.

Irma was so nice and extremely helpful with buying our new fridge and applying for a credit card.

Moses, the young manager has great potential. Taker care of him so you do not waste this great talent. That way HD will not be a revolving door. Rodolfo, Christine and Sarah, make this branch a summit above the other branches.

I have an old can of paint, they were able to really mach the color. really happy about this.

A Paint Department Employee, on her own time, obtained the extra quantity of Behr Marquee exterior paint I need for my job!! That’s Customer Service at its Finest!!

IB store has the friendliest employees. They greet you, very eager to help and are very knowledgeable. It's easy to find things, they do match online pricing and the parking situation is great.

sometimes is a good filing buying from this store...... sometimes a little bit of disillusionment about the service because is difficult to find someone to help

I was able to come into the store, get what I needed, and check out all within 10 minutes. The friendly employees all greeted me and helped me find what I was looking for. I'll keep coming back because I know the Home Depot has what I need and it really does help this "doer get more done".

This store would be Five Stars if it was only about the staff. Management is the part that needs work. They are a small store that has always moved alot of product. Management needs to hire more staff! They do more business with less staff, in return it takes time to get help at this store. The positive side is the staff they do have are usually very knowledgeable when they can get to you. in other words be patient. oh and good luck getting a flat or lumber cart (once again Management!)

I'm happy but also disturbed as well. In the many many years of coming here with excellant customer service especially from Associates like long time Associates, who always asks about me and my family and has excellant people skills. Today I observed excellent customer service but also withness horrible service as well. I asked a Sales Cashier for help near Fasteners, he called 3 times and a diffrent department helped me from his call to the isle with Fasteners. As I was waiting, I saw an employee more or less brush off 3 customers who happen to be Hispanic. Im gonna assume that had nothing to do with anything but it looked like she didn't have time or the patience or something. She told them you'll find it in that isle and continued to walk away. Needless to say I saw them aimlessly wonder down the isle to find fasteners for their daughters shelves. I couldn't help but notice while I was being helped by an Associate in Fasteners, the mother of the Hispanic party of 3 following my associate. After he helped me I said please help them, they need help. They thanked me many times and we both nodded in agreement of the previously observed poor customer service. They showed him their project and were helped. After he helped them I explained to the Associate what happened prior to his arrival and how much customer service has really changed. He was helpful as well as the cashier, while others were too busy to even call for a helper. My review might never help anyone but Ive said my peace and if she was my employee I would retrain her customer service skills or let her go. I would really hate to find out she was a manager of any sort. That would be disappointing. Well. Customer service is still alive in some.

If you need appliances head over to speak to Irma. She was such a great help. I had no knowledge about appliances and she was super patient and explained everything. She realized we were embarrassed to ask questions. She also sent us home with options we could look over. She didn’t pressure us and yet we came back the next day to make our purchase. She made my experience a wonderful one and I would highly recommend her for all your applicable needs.
