This is my neighborhood store so obviously location is key, it is a smaller store but it is always well stocked and I always find what I need. Employees are always helpful and friendly and if they do not know the answer to a question they will find a more experienced associate that does.

I was really happy with my store experience! Guys in hardware answered all my questions. Manager gave me a huge discount! A team of employees came to help me load my tool chest. I left with a smile on my face and extremely satisfied!

Helpful and friendly associates. Typically have items I am searching for with good quality and lower prices than other stores.

Cashier Karen was soooo friendly, helpful, pleasant. I have a bad knee and the item I picked out didn’t have a price, so instead of having to walk all the way back to isle 37, she was able to quickly pull up the item online and was able to complete the transaction. Thank you Ms Karen.. You’re the best. You ROCK and you’re not the “Bad Karen” that people say all the time. You’re the new 2021 Sweet Karen..

Good customer service

Employee Monica went out of her way to assist in placing an order to pick up items at another store. She was very knowledgeable and provided GREAT Customer Service. Thank you for the positive experience. Will definitely be returning to this store.

I will start going to the one on Rosecrans by sports arena

I want to give a shout out to Robyn, the cashier in the garden department. She was so friendly. Asked us if we were having a nice day, etc. Also, she asked about the kitchen faucet we were buying, saying she has one and how much she liked hers. I thought she was so nice. Good customer service with her at the checkout.

Absolutely THE WORSE customer service!! Not all of them but the few good ones are outnumbered & overwhelmed. It takes so little to greet someone, especially in the morning. Be nice. Don't treat people like your job is way more than it is. They better be prepared to do better cuz gas is too expensive to go out of my way to shop elsewhere when I drive by this devils hole 5/6 days a week.

Came to buy stock tanks for a raised bed garden. Cashier didn't know what they were or how to find on system. I had to go take a picture of the barcode. Went out and parked my truck close to get the stack tanks. They are 2x2x6 Not small. They had them by the front door. I had to move the handicapped carts to access them. A employee said hey those get parked over here. I explained I need tanks he said ok and walked away. I loaded to first one by myself (I didn't think I was getting any help!!) Second tank getting was a fiasco too. I also wanted 30 blocks for raised bed garden Never got because they don't know anything!

I have been coming to this Home Depot for years. The staff is helpful and the store is always clean.

THIS STORE IS AWESOME. I REALLY ENJOY HOW THE OLDER AND MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES ASSIST THE NEW ONES AND EDUCATE THEM ON THE DIFFERENT PRODUCT AND WAYS TO GET THE JOB DONE. SHARING THAT KNOWLEDGE ALLOWS FOR THERE TO BE MORE EMPLOYEES TO ASSIST YOU WHEN YOU SHOP, INSTEAD OF HAVING AN EMPLOYEES TELL YOU "I DON'T KNOW AND THEN WALK AWAY". LEAVING YOU WONDERING AROUND THE STORE TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO ASSIT YOU. NOT AT THIS HOME DEOPT. THE EMPLOYEES ARE HERE TO HELP AND SHARE THEIR KNOWLEDGE. THIS IS WONDERFUL BEING THAT SOMETIME HOMEOWNERS ARE FACED WITH A REPAIRS THAT WE HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF BUT NEED IT FIXED FAST. Very busy store with only two registers open if you dont mind long lines this store is easy to get to and plenty of parking

the store is clean and convenient to my place of residence.

The cashier Evelyn was so rude,didnt greet me,didnt speak,only to say how much my purchase was,i said thank you,and she didnt even respond to that!!unreal..so incredibly rude..ive never had problems like that before at that store,most people are really friendly there,she obviously doesn't like her job or customers!!also saw many employees with covid masks UNDER there NOSE not OVER it!!!really people, educate your staff please..this is lives at stake!Also returns line was huge,went out the door,and into the road and only one person working there,it took 20mins to be seen!

every time i shopped at home depot my husband and I come out with a good feeling, not stress out that we din't find the item we wanted, other times, if the item not in stock you agent right away order it on line for us, thank you.

Great to see that I do not have to stand in a line just to go in the store. Nice to see it is kinda getting back to normal.

Great place to shop And great employees!

All of the associates are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are patient when I have lots of questions and seem to genuinely care that I understand what I'm purchasing and that I'll be happy with my products that I purchase. This store has been one of my favorite Home Depot's to shop at. I'm acknowledged when I am waiting in line. I'm treated politely and with courtesy. People like M&M, Anna and Fred take pride in their job and it shows with how efficiently the work and how they make sure that they take care of the customers. They are awesome and a part of what makes this Home Depot so great.

The support in the Paint Department and Hardware Department was very helpful and quickly available. Vinny was especially helpful and friendly in the Paint Department.

I was sent by my husband to look for Morton, never heard of it, but as soon as I ask an associate, he guided me to where it was and even gave me a short description what is use for. I'm not a big fan of hardware stores, but the store was clean and easy to find the things I was looking for. I was very impressed when when an associate at self checkout approached me and asked if I found everything I need and he could help me with the transaction. I was impressed because in other stores at self check out no one usually helps you, but here was different. Jesus, the cashier associate went ahead and help me with the transaction and at the end he thank me for shopping there. For sure was something different.

Overall employees are awesome! However, water heaters are difficult to get. The ones I use (Rheem 40 and 50 gallon, gas, 9 year warranty) are becoming more and more difficult to find in the store, and are often only available on an upper shelf requiring help from an associate. Big waste of my time.

The only complaint is that when doing a return there is only 1 register open, and the line goes down to garden. The employees stand around talking to one another rather then acknowledging and helping customers. Even just letting customers know 'hey we are short and someone will be with you'. Just the acknowledging us would be great. Better customer service with some of the employees would be a plus, also.

The help from the store representative (Johnny) in the Paint Department was excellent and friendly.

This, and every Home Depot I’ve been to, has really helpful and happy employees that go out of their way to help you. I love HD <3
