Employees are very friendly and helpful. Their plants are in excellent condition and the price very reasonable. The store was clean and organized.

My experience at the store was exceptional. I would definitely recommend the store to any of my working colleagues. Just make sure that when you go in the store that you stop by the pro desk and give LaCheston the opportunity to go to work for you. If he is not there, any associate at the pro desk will be great.

Employees are consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If products are not in stock, they will order them on line for you and have them sent to your home.

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable. I will only shop at this Home Depot store.

This Store has a wide variety of Home Improvement Products and a friendly staff that is always willing to assist. Nothing aggravates me more than to be looking for an item on the shelf and having to move items that are in the wrong bin. The associates at Home Depot apparently must keep their bins straight; something Lowes does not do. This store is also clean with open aisles.

Linda was helpful and kind. She didn't wait for me to ask a question. She asked about my day, week, and holiday experience. She offered credit card bonus, which I declined:) Every cashier and customer service employee that I have encountered at this location has been courteous and professional. I appreciate it!!

As a former Sales Specialist for Lowe's in the Chattanooga, TN area, I must say that I am truly impressed with the Birmingham market Home Depot’s. I want to commend this market and specifically this Inverness location (875). The level of service and standards in place at this store more closely represent what my Lowe's store and I were accustomed to providing in Chattanooga. I am saddened to say that this is not the case for Birmingham market Lowe's stores. As a former Sales Specialist, I am hyper-critical of the employee/customer interaction experience, zoning (cleanliness and organization), and overall feel of a store. I have rated this store 5 Stars because of its level of consistency with all of these things. Kings to you. Keep up the great work.

I had looked online for solar powered lamp items to line the driveway at my new home. I kept running off into a gravel rut on the side & had difficulty getting back onto the driveway. I had no luck finding anything online. I went to this store, and now I have lights that are the right size and cost! I'll see tomorrow night how much light they give off [they need a day of sunlight]. I don't need much light, just enough to see the edges of the drive. The people at the store were very helpful.

WHENEVER I ENTER THE STORE, I ALWAYS ABLE TO GET SOMEOME TO ASSIST ME. GREAT, IT MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU WAST TIME FOR SOMEONE TO HELP YOU.

It took 1 hour & 15 minutes to get panels and have them cut. I should have been in and out within 30. Associates were unprofessional and unhelpful.

My experience at the store was a great one. More than one associate offered to assist me when it appeared I was not being helped. The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable about the products.

Our design consultant at the Inverness store was such a joy. We have put off getting our granite countertops for 2 years. If I had known how easy it was, we would have come right away!

I just needed a part for a shower faucet. The gentleman who helped me in the Plumbing aisle was able to get me the part I needed and I was in and out in 5 mins, a record for me. I was impressed enough to write this review.

The Home Depot carries the YARDGARD 1-3/8 in. I.D. x 6 in. Long Top Fence Sleeve #328592C used to repair a chain link fence. This Aluminum fence sleeve is perfect to use to repair a 1 3/8" O.D. Umbrella post. You just drill 2 holes on each end slip it on to the the broken pole, then drill thru the pole then bolt it. It works like New.

I have consistently received excellent service from this location. I drive a bit further to shop here because it's worth it. I am constantly reminded that my purchase is not final unless I am completely satisfied. I have been told this by several different associates in different departments. Well run company overall.

The store was clean and there were plenty of each item on the shelf and the cashier was very friendly. I was in and out very quickly.

The store is similar to Lowe's and other stores of this type. It's a bit messy and not very clean, but it is helpful to have this store in the neighborhood, because what Lows does not carry, this store often does.

Excellent customer Service; clean store; attractive displays in Garden Shop (everything shipshape). Very competitive prices.
