I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot, from appliances to home improvements all the way down to patio and garden, the staff is always dependable to help and finds a way to keep me happy in the store! I especially compliment the manager and check out staff, smiling and asking about your day, makes it a good community shopping experience

The store was clean (particularly the restrooms), Signs on ech aisle adequately listed materials available there. Shelves were well stocked and materials were logically located. Asslociates were were well informed, polite and very helpful. While we were not yet ready to purchase the materials for a planned garden project, associates redily helped us find materials and ascertain their prices. We expect to purchase the materials in the next few days after we determine how we will be paying for everything.

I had a mower repair that was needed and was under warranty. The manufacturer told me to take it to the Home Depot on Hwy. 280 in Birmingham. For reasons beyond the store's control, my mower sat there for 2 months, from mid-May to mid-July. When I would call and check on it, I felt like I kept getting excuses and a run-around - until Frank found out. He treated the situation as if it were his own. He treated me with regard and respect; he made sure that my need was met and that I was taken care of. Clearly the most customer-centered manager I have ever encountered in a large establishment like Home Depot. I am incapable of saying enough good things about him and about the manner in which he rectified my situation.

I have found that this store always has a stock of item in the bins unlike their competitor down the street. The associates are always friendly and I especially like the self checkout as it get you out the door usually without having to stand in line. The store is generally clean and organized again unlike their competitor down the street.

Went to buy a refrigerator and had been to several appliances stores. Ms Adail at Home Depot was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She was friendly and answered any question I had about refrigerators. She worked with me to get one that would fit in the space I had to put it in. She went way beyond what any person at the other stores would do. She really tried to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Home Depot and her.

The Inverness Home Depot is a well-run store. They are actively following guidelines to keep all customers safe. Employees are knowledgeable about products and give great advice.

This is my third major appliance purchase since COVID19. Unlike the "other" box store where I made the first two purchases, this experience was fantastic. Despite a lengthy wait to get help in the appliance department because other customers were being assisted, once I began working with Adair the experience was tremendous. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and proud of the job she was performing. I'll seek her out in the future.

I was repeatedly directed to the wrong area for a product I needed, with no offer to help find it. For a question about another product, associate told me they did not know, and made no further offer of assistance.

In the process of remodeling and older residence from top to bottom inside and out I compared prices of most items. I found that Home Depot had better prices on comparable items. The service was good and I was able to purchased everything from one store. The contractors they sent to install a garage door was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Everyone was so helpful. I needed a few pieces of wood cut so I could make a raised bed. I’m older so they helped me through my “confusion”. They showed me the hardware I needed as well. Took everything to checkout for me There we’re at least 5 people involved in my store visit It also was all done in a short period of time. Thank u

Everyone was very helpful at the store! The man named John at the customer service desk was great to deal with and patient. He handled my installation issue quickly and followed up a few times.

Unlike the competition the employees at the Home Depot are by far friendlier much more knowledgeable and able to understand what the customer needs. All of my years of shopping at Home Depot I never asked and associate where something was and they couldn’t tell me. The selection of items was awesome and the prices were even better as compared to other home-improvement stores. I would highly recommend Home Depot to anybody who’s doing home-improvement projects

The customer service lady I dealt with was personable, professional, and efficient and insured that other Home Depot representatives made by shopping experience an easy task.

Many years ago, I vowed never to shop at Home Depot ever again. I was sent from one end of the store to the other twice and no one went out of their way to check to see if something was in stock. Finally someone checked for me and told me they didn't have it but that she would personally inform me when it came in. I never heard anything back. I even complained by letter to the HD office and heard nothing back. I had to buy a certain garage door opener today and everyone I had contact with was very helpful and one service person even walked me over to where the item was! This was a far cry from the personnel a few years ago. If this continues, I will start shopping there again.

The extremely nice lady at checkout (Sherry) should be a trainer for every customer service person in your store. It is nice to find someone that is that helpful and courteous.

Associates like Ann and Amy make the retail shopping experience great. They provided great service and were knowledgeable of both product location and product abilities.

The Home Depot Inverness store was pleasant, as I was checking out of self-checkout, new and different scan system than I have used. The lady was very nice helping me.

EVERYONE AT THE INVERNESS STORE IS SO WARM AND WELCOMING. THEY GET ME RIGHT TO WHERE I WANT TO GO.
