Everything is just perfect in this store!

I was a happy customer, now I’m a raving fan. My last delivery was a huge order and extremely difficult to get into my yard. The delivery pros handled it like seasoned veterans. Even the store employees whom I spoke with over the phone were helpful and concerned about my purchase. In today’s world of express professional delivery, the Home Depot’s in Rochester are top notch.

This is a great store with good inventory, great customer service and its clean.

No one around asked one person no one helped me

had a problem and went to mark in kitchens he was OUTSTANDING so thankful that he works there. friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.

Nice that the store stays full stock with inventory that’s a plus Keep the new products coming.

I asked a Hispanic woman worker where I could find the rock salt. She rudely said, “well since this is a hardware store, where do you think it’s going to be? “ If I knew where it was located, I wouldn’t have asked her. I don’t work there, she does. She finally pointed towards the western side of the store and said, it’s down there. I’m Hispanic too and I wasn’t rude or condescending towards her at all. Several coworkers witnessed the incident and were visibly upset at her behavior.

The store was short staffed and inventory was either not stocked or empty. For a multi million dollar company you'd think they would have their act together.

I visited the Irondequoit Home Depot looking for a unique plumbing part for my kitchen and portable dishwasher. There was an associate named Dashawn that assisted me and he was extremely helpful. He took me to different locations to assist me in finding a solution and the parts I needed. He even pulled in additional staff to assist since he was newer to the job. Home Depot needs more staff like Dashawn who was polite, helpful, went out of his way to help me get what I needed.

Markiya was by far the rudest cashier I had ever dealt with. After saying hello to her several times she continued to ignore me, rifled through my basket with no regard for the plants I was purchasing and then when she finally did speak to me it was to tell me to WAIT because her friend had come over to show her a video on their phone. Once she was done she finished my transaction without so much as a thank you. I strongly suggest this woman is taken out of a customer facing role.

I wanted to return an item that was less than $10, without a receipt, but just to get store credit. The request was denied, apparently their system thought I returned too many things without receipts in the past. Where in fact I cannot remember any time returning something without a receipt. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Irondequoit Home Depot is very well stocked. Employees have always been very polite and knowledgeable giving advise and better ideas on from start to finish on my home fixing and remodeling projects.Including materials I need for that job.

My window consultant was awesome. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Sometimes it’s very difficult to find a Home Depot associate to help locate certain items. I’ve waited between 10 and 15 mins before anyone responded to several calls for assistance.

Never can find help it takes longer to get help than shop!!

Needed a belt sander. An associate saw me looking and noticed I was not finding what I wanted. She helped check inventory and find an alternative product. Also the checkout associate was friendly and helpful. Good visit.

Stopped by to p/u essentials, very friendly folks!

I sprayed 3x over 3 evenings at dusk and it did NOT help at all. Waste of money !!

Needed help with new electrical outlets for some of my properties. Had great and helpful advice to make my selection easy with no feeling of uncertainty.

The Irondequoit store is my go-to Home Depot. I have another Home Depot store (Penfield)that is closer to my house. The Penfield Store never have the product that I am looking for, the staff is rude and do not know what they are looking for or where it is located within the store. i avoid this store at all cost! I will always try to use the Irondequoit Home Depot! Staff is great. Stock is great!

Lines are out of control. Pro desk is under staffed and always back up. The normal lines are extremely long

I needed cement and some bags of stones. A clerk showed us where they were. They were just what I needed, and the price was right! I had a good shopping experience.

This was the first time I was greeted by store employees. They were pleasant & I felt valued

Today I bought some item that were at the damage area and the cashier stared saying that it was garbage what I was buying those are the words she used and continue to repeated several times out loud and other customers were looking and also surprised by her behavior. I try to explain but she will mot listening like bother Nshe make me feel like my money was not good. I contact a store manager to address this behavior , not sure if something will be fine. But fir sure I am not returning to this store. I was so angry I went to costumer service and returned what I bought.

The employee that helped with a kitchen lighting fixture was very, very helpful and did not try to sell me the more expensive item.
