I went to Home Depot and was met with a bad attitude a the returns desk. The cashier “Tamika” acted as though it was a inconvenience to her that I was returning my items. I don’t want her to get in trouble but she definitely needs to undergo a customer service class. No one wants to shop at a store where they are met with a bad attitude and rolling eyes.

They converted the majority of their checkouts to self-checkout. This is the 3rd visit in a row that all of the self checkouts were closed. They had 1 employee running a checkout counter with over 10 customers in line

Such hot and cold customer service- had bad interaction with the lady working the kitchen desk - next day i came back and had a great experience with Bill in the kitchen dept. was told that everything that I needed and ordered would be in at 9 AM on Friday. When I arrived on Friday at 5:30 I was told that the order was not hit or ready. I had to pick up the order and bring everything up to the front of the store to the van I rented. I was told that the van time would not start until I left the store which took me an hour to do everything and then was charged for two hours and 15 minutes. When i was only gone one hr . My order was not complete and the lady helping me in the kitchen area was very nice but has no clue where my missing stuff was and just had me grab stuff that was close to what i ordered. My project was today so i needed this stuff . Over all the customer service was hectic to say the least last night. No assistance from anyone to help me bring my order up or help in loading in the van i rented .

I was in such a rush and I was helped immediately! So grateful for her help and friendly attitude. :)

Today I came to the store to purchase the parts to replace the spray nozzle on my kitchen sink. The sales woman took the time to help me locate the parts; and, she demonstrated the assembly process. She said she wanted to help make this a successful project. I really appreciate her commitment to her customers.

Rudest staff. Not helpful, had to ask repeatedly to have someone to come the tools department to open a locked case to purchase something. Waited so long I called the store and got the service desk to try to send someone. When the member came over, they seemed annoyed and treated my request to buy something with an eye roll. Skip this location if need ANY assistance with ANYTHING.

Even though we couldn't find one of the products I was looking for, employees attempted to help.

I had an emergency roofing issue to address. The sales people acted very quickly and gave me some good tips on addressing the issue, which made my night much easier.

I went into the Home Depot on ridge road today to try to find a specific part for the back of my gas dryer. As I stood there feeling defeated With a new $40 hose in my hand, Lenny asked if I needed any help. I explained the situation and the part that I was missing. She quickly knew exactly what I was talking about and saved me $30! I saw her helping quite a few people around me. I don’t think I’ve ever born into a big box store and have them be able to answer so many specific questions. She explained that she just liked to learn new things and has taught herself. She made my day.

I have been going at this Home Depot’s for years. It was always dysfunctional and chaotic. However, recently I have great experiences as never before. There is a young man name Fonati who brings so much professionalism, respect and patience this is to commended. His calm demeanor in stressful situations is outstanding. This young guy needs to be in management role

I have always chosen this specific location for all my needs because there’s always good stock in hand and the employees have always been helpful.

This place is so ghetto, I'm ready to drive 6 miles to Webster just to avoid the employees at this store. They wear their pants like criminals. Backsides and underwear showing like scumbags. And the products are a mess. In the last dozen visits I haven't seen the lumber culled or flat stacked. Floors are always a mess and there are NEVER any cashiers willing to help you cash out. They just tell you to go to the contractor desk or use the self checkout as they go back to chatting amongst themselves or staring at their phones.

The store is so well stocked and the employees are so well trained. Always enjoy the smiling, helpful faces. Two names from the Irondequoit store worth checking out are Miguel and Von in the home furnishing area. They help make shopping a pleasure. Thank you.

Very pleased with associates at home depot, in general, but irondequoit location seems to go above and beyond. Feel like they stand behind their products moreso than the others - no hassles with returns and exchanges.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend to anyone. Do not get flooring installation services here.

A item I was searching to purchase for was not available. The Store associate inquire if I need help and was helpful. The cashier was Courteous in greeting me and ask if I wanted a bag. I replied to her question with a no thanks because I only had four small items which I could carry by hand and save the use of a bag. She than brought it to my attention that Homedepot was a Survey yo enter to win a $5000 gift card. The only thing that I found disturbing was when I proceeded to exit the store the greeter at the door asked me if I had payed for the items that I was carrying in my hands. I told him that I did and was willing to show him the receipt which was between the items. I took some offense to it because I am of Latin Origin with a slight tan complexion and wasn’t sure if this was the case of him to asking me this question.

Absolutely love Home Depot. Always something to buy there and extremely reliable. Highly recommended around the world, fast and convenient in and out without any problems. A++++++ thank you for the amazing customer service.

This store is a train wreck. Go to any other one except this one.

What a pleasant surprise to find such professional, knowledgeable, and friendly employees at Home Depot (store 1273). Khalil (customer self-service), Arron (paint department), and Carolina (paint department) were of great help!

This location is one big mess. Sales help is poor at best. Store needs product and should be priced

I found the store employees very helpful and found everything I needed to purchase today and they helped me find items that I will be buying in the future.

My favorite home improvement store. For some reason today customer service was not a priority for this store. That's the reason for my 4 stars.

My wife and I were initially purchasing a hot tub from homedepot.com. It was an irregular purchase, as we were looking to split the payment up between two credit cards; we were then told from online services that this purchase would have to be done in-store. In store #1273 in Irondequoit on Tuesday 11/24, we were greeted by Crystal, who began helping us with our purchase. After several attempts at getting the purchase completed with online services, she received help from Angela, Crystal's manager, who also began working on our problem. We began at just about 8pm, and with determination, persistance, and some creativity, Crystal and Angela were able to make the purchase happen. We were there until almost 10:30pm, and they both made sure that we were comfortable, all the while reassuring us that they would complete the transaction for us--and true to their word, they did! Both women did a superb job at being steadfast and cool-under-pressure, while remaining confident, friendly, and resourceful. Both were true professionals and provided a level of service that I had never received before from Home Depot. I have always received great service from Home Depot employees, but that day, both Crystal and Angela provided truly outstanding, top-level customer service. Because of them, Home Depot has two more raving fans who will spread the word about Home Depot's outstanding service!

Went in looking to purchase a new sink faucet, and baskets to repair a very old set up that was leaking. Also wanted a new toilet. An associate, Jay, in the area I was searching helped me with both. He was quite helpful in assisting me find everything I needed. He also loaded the toilet on a cart, helped me at the checkout and loaded the toilet into my car. He was courteous and patient with me and had a very service oriented demeanor. I almost felt like I had my own personal assistant. I am a senior and sincerely appreciated such service I received. I've ALWAYS had a great experience at this store.
