i needed a fencing bracket, the parts were all disorganized, and when I got to the register, I had to return to aisle 19 to get the part number. Aisle 19 was difficult to walk in and dirty, because of the product on pallets in the aisle.

Found everything I needed quickly. Thank you for paving the access road to Portland Avenue. My suspension in my car needed a break.

I seek associates for advice in the area about the tasks I plan to do. Then I buy products they recommend. Their knowledge base is critical to me in areas I have no expertise.

I only had to buy cord for my trimmer and found it easily. I also had a return on this visit and the associates assisted me fairly quickly in unloading an item and my refund was taken care very professionally.

You need to fix "your store" selection, on website, you have to change it everytime.

The store was very clean, And the associate had to look up in the computer the item that I want but she found GREAT JOB.

I was trying to repair some fence & needed some 2x4's & some 1x6 x8 pressure treated material. I got to the store about 9am. I located the materials & found all the picked over stuff piled on top of the new or better condition pcs. I couldn't find 5 pcs of 1x6x8 in the pile.All where very knotty ,split or warped-all unuseable. I was not going to unload all the junk from the top of the pile to hopefully get to good pcs. This is not the first or second time that I've had to go elsewhere for things that should be stocked @ this type of store.

Happy with my experience. Garden and Lawn dept. my favorite.

I was looking for an item previously purchased at this location. The item was located in a different aisle; an Associate asked me if I needed help and I did need help. He located the item within less than a minute, asked if it was what I was looking for, removed it from the display, and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. VERY WELL TRAINED!. /f

The customer service was excellent at store 1273. I had assistance finding a chainsaw by Taj Brown and he helped me find the chainsaw I was looking for with no problems.

Everytime I go into Home Depot the associates are so helpful. I really enjoy this store and recommend to my friends, neighbors and relatives.

Dawn did a great job designing my kitchen to include many of the items in my ideas scrapbook. She helped me time my order during a series of sales so that I was able to get multiple discounts from the kitchen cabinet company as well as multiple discounts from Home Depot. She also called the cabinet maker to see if I qualified for an additional discount a competitor was offering and was able to get an additional concession from the cabinetry manufacturer. Working with Dawn was (is) a wonderful experience. Thanks a bunch!

THE OVERALL STORE IS OK, BUT THE LAWN AND GARDEN SECTION OF HOME HANGING PLANTS AND AREA IS DIRTY, DEAD PLANTS ALL SHOVED IN TOGETHER, AND DYING!!! NO ONE TAKES CARE OF THE INDOOR PLANTS SECTION AND I FEEL IT WOULD BE A HUGE SELLING POINT IF IT WERE MAINTAINED PROPERLY!!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY ALL MY PLANTS HERE IF THEY WERE HEALTHY!!

I enjoy shopping in this store location. I check online at homedepot.com for items that I know I want, and the "check store availability" is always accurate. It lets me know If the item I want is in stock and exactly what aisle and shelf I can find it. The store is always clean, has friendly staff, and great prices.

Rose in the garden area had the smile and helpfulness that you are always looking for. If she waits on you, you will have a great day.

Everytime we go into Home Depot we are greeted right away and asked if we need help. Every department has a knowledgeable staff person there to help.

I always have trouble when I go into the Irondiquoit store. It is very hard to find an employee who will help you.

I LOVE Home Depot in Irondequoit. I am a 69 year old widow and I take pride in doing as many projects and repairs as I can. The staff always seems to be the same, I look around and know exactly who to go to because they have helped me before. Carpeting, plumbing, hardware and recently I have spent a lot of time in gardening ( of course) Roseann is great !! as are my other regular helpers. I do appreciate some of the senior gentleman because they have a wealth of experience. I hardly begin down an aisle when someone already is offering to help me. !!!! We have always been 100% satisfied with the Irondequoit store. The products we have purchase have been of high quality. We have purchased carpeting, furnace, washer, dryer, and garden products. The sales associates at this store are the best !

The store people were friendly and very helpful. We were able to get everything on our list and do so quickly.

Most of the time the employees are very pleasant and helpful. And everything is easy to find.
