The employees are too busy gossiping among themselves To help you find and choose a tool or paint product.

The employees were very helpful and polite. But the self check out is very hard to understand and confusing. The line at the pro register which was the only one open was very long. Most customers waited over an hour to check out at the only open register. I used to work at Home Depot for over 7 years and have shopped there for many more. I will not return if the registers don't come back with cashiers.

I wanted to write specifically about how friendly and kind 2 of your employees were! I didn't catch their names but both were black women, one was in her 20s and the other was anywhere from 50-55 and had short hair. Both of them made such lovely small talk while I was at the self checkout on Saturday around 6 or 7pm or so. Both of them brightened my day with their kindness and friendly demeanor.

Technician came out and measured the window. Store personnel of great assistance in selecting the blinds. Technician notified me when it was delivered to the store. Installer arrived on time and was very efficient. Great job!!

They should have checked for I.D because someone went to this store bought a chainsaw with my credit card and this chainsaw was 354 dollars and now I'm being

Was not a good day have to wait for shipping to get no stock ,extra cash out because of this .Washer only have display to see . No store supply

As I'm quite sure that anyone that's ever shopped here will already know to bring your own help in loading your purchases cuz they will not hire enough employees to be available when needed to help load larger purchases

5 stars to Caleb for navigating he return of part of my online purchase. Didn’t have a receipt & forgot what card I’d used. He found it on my Home Depot card, promptly issued the refund & then helped me find the correct product…all with a great sense of humor that had me, as well as his fellow employees & other customers, chuckling & smiling. He turned an otherwise annoying experience into a fun one!!

Bought a zero turn and the lawnmower doesn't want to stay running I was told to push it to my trailer I'm not pushing nothing after spending 4300$

Service was great for purchasing our deep freezer. The delivery was swift but movers broke my screen door and dented and scratched my new freezer. After 2 weeks we still have not received a door replacement or any compensation for my screen door after completing the whole complaint process. I provided pictures right after it happened and still nothing has been done to remedy this problem. Therefore this took away from my visit and explains the low rating

Purchased many items this year for an addition to include maple Kraftmaid cabinets and quartz countertops, carpet, bath fixtures, etc. My project came out beautifully with the help of the experts at Home Depot. Ordered many things on line and consequently had several returns. Not one problem.

I will never go into this Home Depot again! I will drive miles out of my way to get some form of customer service. This store has none. There are usually no cashiers open but today there was one and she was horrible. She did not know how to do even the simplest part of her job like bag what we bought.

I had a terribly frustrating experience at Home Depot, particularly with store manager Ms. Bernie at the 6346 Lane Avenue, Jacksonville location. Despite their promise to provide an additional for equipment rental discount due to an employee (bill) mistake, they failed to honor it. Ms. Bernie store manager was incredibly uncooperative and unhelpful, exacerbating my already bad experience. I've encountered issues with my Pro perks not being honored multiple times at this location, and each time
