I just moved into my new house with my two kids after a divorce. I had been pretty happy with Home Depot until I had to deal with the paint dept slackers. I asked them to match the color on top of the can and he scanned it (it was the wrong color it he messed up) either way I told him I needed grey. He didn’t check like I asked him to and when I got home, it was the wrong color. It was sea glass (green) When I brought it back he pretended not to know what I was talking about and the other guy said I would have to pay for another $50 falling because I didn’t “color match” I asked the first guy to color match the grey and he didn’t look!!!!!! So now I am carrying both gallons and a drawer I brought to color match and one of the gallons slipped and smashed into the drawer and broke it. It fell in pieces on the floor and the associate could not be bothered but to smirk and ask if I needed a buggy cause I had to take that worthless gallon they messed up on with me. Never again.

I had a problem with Curbside Pickup connecting to the store via the email and store app, so I had to enter the store and go to the Customer Service desk. I was directed to three managers standing together a few feet away. The Store Manager scurried off and the second manager stepped behind the desk and didn't acknowledge me. The third manager told me I should have called the store number on the sign and ask for help...The cashier and cart kid were very professional and friendly. Kudos to them.

The saleswoman in the appliance department greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me make my purchases easily. I was at two other Home Depot stores closer to my home, but chose this store because of the saleswoman's greeting and helpfulness. Thank you Home Depot in Oakleaf, Florida and Sue.

Great store to shop at. Like shopping at Home Depot But this store is slightly under staffed plants are dry and under watered.

Great store with great folks. Always have what I need for all the different types of jobs I do. Easy in and out with plenty of parking.

I wanted to purchase a dishwasher, but had a few questions I would like to get an answer to before I buy. I called the store several times and asked for the appliance dept. The first time I called they sent the call to the flooring dept. They transferred me to appliances and no one picked up. The next time I called I sat on hold for 10 min and no one answered. The time after that I was just disconnected.

Was hard to find an employee. When I did, I was dismissed and told I can't help you. Instead of let me see if I can get someone in that department to help. Or anyone. I will go all the way to Middleburg from now on. It is about 10 miles from me compared to 3. But, at least they act like I am important. It seems to be more and more like this store has been employed with people that just want a check and to be left alone.

Conveniently located. Prices are fair and friendly knowledgeable staff. Caleb assisted me and is very knowledgeable and nice. Will shop there again and recommend to family and friends!

I came in the lumber department waiting for assistance one guy in a black shirt told another couple he was the store manager, problem is that he walked right passed me without acknowledging my present. I continue to stand waiting for help but none came

Your notification of deliveries are non existent. Suppose to notify the night before and 30 minutes before arriving. Neither is done. We sit home waiting and with a refrigerator that needs to be unloaded and finding a place to store cold food isn’t easy. Have lost food because of not knowing how long it was going to be out before delivery.

i went in for a cheep grill, had some questions and was able to speak with Kelly Claybrooks about a more expensive Webber grill, she explained how she had own many of them over the years and recommends them and went over everything with my wife and I we had to buy it, she also found out that it was on sale and saved me some money YAY!! KELLY!!

I frequently shop at the store but, I may not again because I can't stand listening to rap music on your speaker system. I bought a Samsung stove from you and asked the girl who assisted us in our purchase, if she could do something about what we were hearing. She said "sadly I cannot." She said the store manager chose the music. If I set foot in your store again and hear that... You won't see me again. I saw a restaurant go out of business because of this very same problem. Are you there for the customers or are you there for yourself? Think about it.

The gentleman that helped me purchase my dryer was wonderful and went the extra mile to help me decide on the best option for my budget and I am thoroughly happy with that. I was told I would be receiving an email stating a window that my dryer will be delivered. I did not receive that and my dryer should be delivered tomorrow. It’s 7 PM at this time and I called Home Depot to verify my information and they put me on hold for over an hour and still no one to speak to

I drove extra miles and it was worth it because the customer service at this location was above and beyond what I received at another location closer to me.

I enjoy shopping here; it’s very clean and friendly. Everything is organized and well layed out.

Kelly at the Customer Service Desk, Flooring Department personnel Ghirlonda, and Mark are awesome. They assisted me in keeping my flooring project on schedule.

There was little mixup regarding the price of a product listed on- line at checkout. April, Curtis and Cosmos handled it kindly, professionally and expeditiously. The reason for 3 associates was because one was at checkout and the other didn't work that area but found the person who did! Great teamwork and problem solved! Always a pleasant experience! Ty guys and girls!

Product availability very good and store personnel provided insightful recommendation. Great experience.

I shop here at this location quite often due to friendly staff and their knowledge of items! They also keep a great inventory of various items which I love too!

I went in yesterday to purchase some gardening supplies, and at check out my military discount was not applied. The cashier appeared completely disinterested and did not assist in any way. This is not the first time I have been denied the discount at this location, so I won't be shopping here any more.

Went in the store today with a list of items I needed for my pressure washer and couldnt find anything but oil. Everything was moved and a manager JD assisted me. He was very pleasant found everything I needed. Thanked me for shopping with them and said enjoy the rest of your day. Outstanding customer service like that keeps me coming back to store 6890.
