CASHIER MADE THIS TRIP AND CHECK OUT VERY PLEASANT,, IS GOOD TO SEE A GOOD WORKER THAT TAKES THE TIME TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL WELCOME! NEED TO HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HER!!

I have never had a bad shopping experience at Home Depot in Oakleaf. The staff is just amazing, friendly and fun to talk with.

I am very satisfied with what I bought.

The Jacksonville Crosshill Blvd location has some of the best employees I have seen at any home improvement store location!

The store employs very dedicated knowlegable people and Kelly Brooks is the best Customer Service Representative at this store or any other I've experienced.

Please make sure you visit the appliance department. We have purchased many appliances in the past when we resided in another state at a competitor. Make sure you ask to speak with "Shirle". Her knowledge of the current market conditions regarding the appliance industry is second to none. We purchased a new washer and dryer based upon our experience at Home Depot and the professional attention we received during out visit to the Jacksonville Store # 6890.

I ordered some lumber on 9 July 2021 to be delivered the following day. On the day of the delivery after waiting for approximately 8 hours I first used the online text support with no resolution. I then called the store (#6890) and after insisting to the point of yelling the lady I spoke with connected me with an Asst. Manager named Clara and she personally checked on my order and informed me that the delivery couldn't be done until Tuesday 13July2021. And while I can understand that the lumber is 16 feet long and it would require special handling what I can't understand is why I wasn't informed after placing the order and being consistently lied to about the status of my order. Don't they know how to read an order which had my phone number on it. And then to rub salt in the wound after all was said and done she wanted to place my order into regular shipping (6am to 8pm) and once again I blew up and insisted for a 4 hour window (6am to 10 am) which she then did. I also insisted on an email and receipt annotating all their screw-ups and resolution to this affair. NEVER AGAIN.!!!!!!! Do NOT use any of their delivery options. This store seems to suffer from a faulty business model that the store management encourages and isn't in step with or adheres to the quality all the other stores in the area which I've never had any problems with. The only thing that was done is that the delivery fee ($79.00) was waived, I still had to pay a crew I use because they were pulled from another job for this one. THANK YOU Home Depot #6890

I was very pleases with the sales associate. Shirla was very king and willing to help and make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.

Employees don't just care about making a sale, they cared about my budget also.

Ms. Byrd in the paint department is a godsend!! I’ve had horrible experiences over the past couple of months with Home Depot regarding paint and other needs, but Ms. Byrd and Josie changed my mindset about Home Depot. Ms. Byrd was very knowledgeable and patient with me as she tried to locate my custom color. She inquired about my day and my project and asked if there was anything else in the store that I might need once she was done assisting me. She restored my confidence in Home Depot!!

This store always has what my family and I need for our projects. We are always greeted with smiles and helpfulness when need. We do a lot of planting and outdoor projects and the pricing and protects available help us out tremendously. Thank you for all that you do for our community.

The Garden associate lee was very funny and friendly. He walk us right to the product and was very knowledgeable about the product even help me load my rocks.

They put up signs on special prices see associate, but associates dont know anything

My cashier's name was Robbie And she was there to check me out as soon as I was finished shopping. She asked me did I find everything I needed And I told her yes. I showed her my retired military ID and she said thank you for your service And applied my discount to my total . She had a very professional attitude, was well dressed and she well represented home depot. Every time I walk in the Oakley store it is very neat and the people are very friendly And I find whatever I need

This store can get very busy, but the staff is always friendly and helpful despite the crowd!

Appliance specialist Shirla Menendez is a wonderful lady, if you need any appliances please get with her. Her pleasant attitude & cheerful personality is a joy. She helped me tremendously & I really appreciated it.
