Great Store, clean and usually have what you need. Store has great supply of items for taking care of home projects!!

Not ONE cashier open except customer service area where there was a line. Checking myself out is supposed to be an alternative not the only way!!! That is not customer service!! No interaction with customer. Great business model!!!

My experience with THIS home depot was superb. Cashier Meaghan's service was a solid 11/10

THIS IS NOT MY HOME STORE, LANE AVENUE IS, BUT WHEN I NEED ANYTHING TO DO WITH HOME IMPROVEMENTS OR HOME PROJECTS I KNOW I CAN STOP AT ANY HOME DEPOT STORE. WE USE ANY NEAR BY HOME DEPOT STORE, EVEN IF WE ARE TRAVELING OUT OF STATE. IT DOES NOT MATTER THE LOCATION OF THE STORE. I RECOMMEND ALL HOME DEPOT STORES. THIS PARTICULAR STORE IS CLEAN, WELL STOCKED, AND I ENJOY SHOPPING HERE!

Employees are very helpful and store was clean and neat.

Too much employee interaction than customer interaction.

The store has provided adequate service to my family for many years, but recently I experienced some trouble with a delivery for a washer we recently purchased. The Delivery company was told by Home Depot not to deliver our washer before 1pm on 17 Jan 2020, but they showed up at 9am. Then the delivery company called my wife at school ( She is a Teacher at Trinity Christian Academy) and ask her why she was not at home for the delivery. Well, she explained she had ask for a 1pm or after delivery. They explained they has tried to call the afternoon before, but my wife could find any incoming calls from the delivery company. Later in the day, we call and set up another delivery for 7-11 am 1-18-2020. Once the delivery technicians show up the next day, they explained to my there was a note to deliver after 1 pm the previous day, but the main delivery office sent them out to the house any way.

Store was busy and only the self checkouts were open long line and never anyone to help you. Was not impressed

Convenient and orderly and everyone there is friendly and helpful whenever I go. Online ordering is also a breeze and picking it up is totally awesome for speediness for a person who works so much like myself.

I had an outstanding experience while at this Home Depot on Black Friday, I was there about an hour before closing, when you would think the employees would be worn out from the days sales event, but no, I honestly had the best experience in recent memory !

The store is always clean and clutter free. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been to alot of home depots in town and in the surrounding areas. I can say that this store is my favorite Home Depot.

The team members here avoid customers like the plague. They sometimes walk in pairs and chit chat to avoid having to engage guests.A disppointing experience overall.

The staff is obsessional polite throughout the store. They usually try to assist as best as possible. If they don't have an answer they will try to find an associate who does.. :-)

If you want the best customer service you will ever receive, look up Mel or Gina at the Oakleaf Home Depot. They know what they are doing and they major in making customers happy.

This store is always so tidy and everyone willing to help you. Beth in the nursery department is so sweet making you feel like you are shopping somewhere more personable rather a huge department store.

Our Oakleaf Home Depot is always a pleasure to shop at. They have very knowledgeable employees and everything we have ever needed for home improvement.

The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable in the area they are working. The store is cleaned with plenty of stock of materials and products. Home Depot was the best extended warranty program.

Friendly, Courteous and Professional .

My husband was needed 35 boxes of tile. Home Depot employee, Vinnie, saw this and asked if he needed help and how many boxes needed. Vinnie got a pallet jack, took the pallet out & counted the needed boxes. Vinnie took the pallet to the front & waited for cashier, Jeannine, to check us out. Vinnie requested someone be called to the front to help him unload the pallet to expedite. Nathan came and helped load the tiles in the back of a 4X4 full size truck. Vinnie saw one box with all tiles completely broken and went and brought a replacement box. With the really high heat index, Vinnie (smiling right from the beginning) & Nathan did not flinch at unloading this pallet of tiles from the ground up to the bed of an old F150 4X4 pickup truck while my husband arranged tiles to distribute the load. We had weighed the tiles (approx. 4 lbs each) so a box of 15 weighed about 60 pounds so my husband would know how much he would be picking up. They were eager to help their older customer and THIS made our day go perfect. These tiles were taken for Hurricane Michael repairs in North Florida. Without this GREAT customer service, this extremely rough day would have been almost intolerable. We have NEVER been disappointed with this Home Depot, the cleanliness of the store, and the friendly, positive help their employee provides. Always looking out for their customers. Just absolutely love this Home Depot.
