This store is always open on time and the workers ready to help in any way, the employees and always professional and very knowledgeable on any questions I have , there service is much better then Lowe's sorry..

The store has knowledgeable and friendly employees I’ve been another stores including Home Depot that I could not wait to leave so I really enjoyed shopping here Due to the cleanliness of the friendliness of the employees

General Manager Derek Fleming is someone who cares about quality customer service.

Kudos to General Manager Derek Fleming at Lane Avenue store in Jacksonville Florida for his can and concern for the people who shop in his store. I had a problem with with poor service one time in the store. I had filled out a survey and just happened to mention that we encounter the problem and needed assistance in the store and couldn't find an associate to assist us. I received an email back very promptly apologizing. To me this was monumental our next visit to the store was awesome . Knowing that management takes Shoppers concern seriously is why we shop at Home Depot and exclusively on Lane Avenue.

Very frendly staff, quick to assist you if need, service with a smile in all departments.

needs a major renovation and its not really the cleanest home depot

The service there has improved 100% since last time I shopped there over a year ago. They have always had good products and fair prices, but the service was terrible and getting help was nearly impossible. Today was a pleasant surprise I was very impressed

The store was amazing. They have wonderful Customer Service. By far one of the bests Home Depot stores I’ve been to in Florida and Georgia. The Service Desk workers should be in charge of the E N T I R E Store because they assist with any and everything no matter what it is. The employee in the bathroom fixtures dept and my cashier were very helpful, friendly and courteous.

I frequent this particular store as it located near my home. Seldom would I have to go elsewhere to find a product. At times it may be a little difficult in find an associate, but they are usually tied up with another customer. I understand this because I have worked in this type environment. Since I'm usually in this store I can find the product. Even look up to check top stock if need be. When I do find help I can honestly say the associate(s) are always courteous and professional in their customer service skills.

I would Say That Mallory at your store Is top Notch and goes above and Beyond to help a Great employee To Have.

This store has the best employees of any other Home Depot I've visited her in Jacksonville. There is always someone available to help. On my last shopping trip one store employee shined above the rest though, Gary in lawn & garden was very friendly and helpful. He helped me find all the parts I needed and even gave some good advice on how I could make my project a little easier too! Every store should have more employees like Gary!

I have always shopped at this Home Depot. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Just walking through the store every employee you passed would welcome me or say hello. Everyone was always eager to help me if I needed it. Kudos to everyone there!!!

I spent in excess of $5000 in this store for vynil flooring and carpet. When expected to come home to my beautiful new floor I found the carpet was partially ripped up; I was left with sub-flooring nails, staples, and splinters to walk on. The install failed no one called or followed up to help. Ginny the expedite person left and went home I came to her for resolution or refund. The store manager Al never responded to my request for assistance. A horrible experience Feb. 6, 2018 forward.

This Home depot, like all the other Home depots are woefully understaffed, by design, making the customers shopping experience less than satisfactory. Long gone are the days when Home depot hired experienced tradesman to assist the customers. These days you would be hard pressed to find an employee willing to assist you and if you did find one chances are you would know more about the product or project they they do. I usually look up the product online to find where it is located in the store. If you don`t then good luck finding someone to help you.

I just wrote a review on the previous page but I'll gladly write it here also. I was shopping yesterday (Valentine's Day) for a gift for my sister who has just moved back into her home after losing all to Hurricane Irma. I had chosen a beautiful Hampton Bay bistro set - but I was having trouble getting to check out - and I needed assistance with getting this to my car. I'm elderly and it was too heavy for me. One of your store associates - Nicki (Nicole) - saw me struggling and took me to her register and checked me out - and then she pushed my buggy out to my car - unloaded this near 50 pound box and 2 chairs and pads - got everything safe and secure in my chair and did it all with courtesy and a smile. She was wonderful! Ya'll need to double her pay - How do you spell kindness? NICKI!!!

Recency Home Depot Is the best place for Small Business to receive the most help to get the Job done. We can not make it happen with out Pro Desk!!

We had a great experience at the kitchen design desk with Vicki. She was great! We got mjuch better service and value at Home Depot than we tried to get at the "blue place".
