When you wake up in morning, you get ready for work and say to yourself Today I will ttaet everyone with respect and Godly love.. Today, I felt that. I along with my 11yr old son has asthma. I woke at 5am because the air was humid and I couldn't breathe well. My son started wheezing so I waited for Home Depot to open. I ordered a fan online and ooted to pick it up. Qhen I arrived to the store I met Ms. Venett she looked uo my order # and then brought it to the attention of Ms. Lesa, they couldnt find the fan due to my order taking uo to 2hrs to register. Ms. Lesa went searching on the floor for the item. She found 2 but the box was damaged. Ms Dona assured me that all parts were in the box by opening and showing all parts. I also was able to get the 2yr warranty on the fan

In violation of NYC law this Home Depot has hired a tow truck company that will boot and tow your motor vehicle even when you are a customer of the store.

Compared to Loews Home Depot does not have a full compliment of help on the floor when you need it and when you call for it , at times no one comes or they take a very long time. Most of your people are very nice and professional . The guys who work the roof are very accommodating and the returns people are nice . Like I said the staff is very nice with few exceptions.

I never write reviews, but since I have had many poor Home Depot experiences in the past, it is worth noting that this location is great, and everyone was super helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. FWIW: Literally, every employee was not white; most were women, and those I interacted with were not native English speakers, so I assume they were not born in the USA. It was among the best shopping experiences I have had in a decade.

It's unfortunate that I live locally and have to shop out of my geographic area. I've been there approximately seven times since the Jamaica store opened. Twice for a delivery pick up and five times to shop and was totally disappointed. Parking, lack of staffing and the somber decadence.

The amount of people outside looking for work was unsafe. This place is mobbed with migrant workers who look like they would cause a fight if someone did pull up to hire them. I was cases from the moment i pulled on the property with my work vehicle

I went in to buy some window seal. I left feeling like I just visited a prison.

When in there looking for what I needed and I was out in under 15 mins

I visited the store several times this week and every visit showed improvements in staff being happy to help make sure I was assisted to get what I needed.

I just bought my refrigerator and gas range and was very satisfied. Thanks to Home Depot

3x in the month of June the sales associates told me items I wanted they did not have/ ran out or never had. but after I checked the website and found the items were indeed in-store and I had to find them myself. I find this unacceptable as senior citizen that the associates were to lazy or unwilling to do their job.This is my located HD and I normally don’t have any problems but this month was a little to much

Everytime I need something I go to Home Depot in Jamaica, Queens. They have everything.

I wanted to purchase a product and with the assistance of the cashier I was able to buy the product I needed.

I got the mirror that I wanted, and I am so happy

I was greeted and helped by employee Jose. He was pleasant and very friendly. Great customer skills it was a pleasure shopping at this Home Depot.

This Store used to be a very good place to buy repairs and miscellaneous items, but not as good as before.....

Shelves are well stocked, I wish they had a bigger garden section with bird seed and that the checkout line was more organized. Otherwise great store.

Sometimes associates take a long time to assist, but there were two particular associates in the blinds dept who were very helpful and completed our purchase to our satisfaction.

I showed up early for my appointment. Instead of telling me to wait, Jo Jo offered to begin the design session early. Starting early was a big help, because I had a train to catch, Jo Jo worked with the manufacturer right there on the spot, identified the additional pieces that were required and the ordered was placed and paid for very quickly. Jo Jo knows the Home Depot computer systems and products very well. He has outstanding communication skills, and knows how to speak with people. He encourages communication which results in a better overall result for the project. I notices he gets along very, very well with his coworkers. They frequently rely on eachother and interact in a very positive and professional way. As a customer, it is very encouraging to experience this.

The self checkout lanes are closed so you are forced to stand on lines with people whom have 30 home building supplies when you just have a can of paint. The self checkout lanes have been closed for weeks now! They need optional ways to check out quickly for smaller amount purchase.

I am going every day every week every month the Home Depot. I am happy to buy Home Depot..
