Customer service and floor personnel’s attitude has greatly improved. I did find the latex gloves I was looking for though they were not in stock on my last visit there a month ago.

Store has everything in reasonable price.

Very easy to get to, it's in a good location, there were no huge long lines @ the store. Self-checkout woman was extremely helpful.

Jose L. was super helpful and assisted in getting all of our product in the car. He was very polite.

Store is clean and mostly well stocked. Don't be surprised if the particular item you are looking for isn't in stock. The cashier can be a little uptight sometimes. Other than that, smooth sailing.

Jose (the Asian employee) is always so helpful as soon as you encounter him. He actively asks if he can help without you asking. He should be put in charge of customer service training. The store is always well stocked. I also often find items on sale here that are not on sale at the other Home Depot Stores.

Staff needs to be more helpful what if an elderly person came in instead?

I would likento recommend the store..but my complaint is that you cannot reach anyone when you call the store. You are constantyly transferred to different departments until you finally get hung up on.

The customer service at this location is horrible! The worst I ever had to encounter! I had to deal with rude and unprofessional people! I will never go to this store and I will inform everyone I know not to either! I refuse to spend my hard earned money with people that think it’s funny to disrespect you. This one cashier stood out the most named JAMONICA WAS COMPLETELY RUDE NOT ONLY TO ME BUT ALSO TO THE CUSTOMER BEFORE ME! I WILL SHOP ELSEWHERE OR ANOTHER HOME DEPOT I REFUSE TO GIVE THIS LOCATION MY EARNED MONEY! She needs more training because I doubt she acted like this with her hiring manager! She should appreciate her job like when she went to apply for it! If you are unhappy stay home. Don’t bring your bad attitude to work to give it to people spending there hard earned money ! This location needs to go out of business and replaced. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Found exactly what I was looking for easily, helpful assistance, clean store and friendly associates.

The store was clean open sales men were accommodating and most of all the cashier was very warm friendly and helpful

The service is great quick access to what I need help is always available

Jose was very helpful ! He helped me get my cart into the elevator, as well as unloaded the cart into my car for me! Employees who offer that much help deserve promotions.. or some acknowledgement at the very least .
