Its really nice to see when the manger named Maggie who always helps out and is always so knowledgeable can remember a project that you were working on a month ago and takes the out to ask how did the project come out. That's says a lot about the home depot team at Jamaica...

The mangers named Maggie and Dorett are very helpful and professional. They educated me in on the best material to use for my DIY project as well as what was on sale. Who could ask for anything more. I left there a much smarter customer.. thank god for them

I wanted to express how pleased I was with my last visit. For the first time I was treated like an appreciated customer. A young lady by the name of Arleen, helped me with my whole project. I am a bit older and she took the time of getting all the supplies I needed for my project. We went to every aisle and she showed me what I needed and explained to use it. To top it off she took me straight to checkout and checked all of my items herself, she also asked a very nice gentlemen Derick to assist with my items to my car. So happy, definitely will shop there again.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The frist staff give us the wrong paint. The second one corrected the error without a fuss.

Nice location and lots of parking. You can find many items on sale that is not listed on the website or flyer at reasonable prices.

I APPRECIATE THE CONVENIENCE OF THE LOCATION AND STORE HOURS. FINDING THINGS THERE IS NOT EASY AND SOMETIMES INVENTORY IS LIMITED. FINDING EXPERT HELP THERE IS UNFORTUNATELY HOPELESS. THE FEW ASSOCIATES I DID ENCOUNTER, THANKFULLY WERE AT LEAST FRIENDLY. THE BACK GROUND MUSIC WAS TOO LOUD AND INAPPROPRIATE FOR RETAIL ENVIRONMENT. I CAN ONLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED AND WANT AND HOPEFULLY YOU CAN FIND IT AND THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK
