We started the process of remodeling our kitchen. The person helping us is Patty Fitzgerald. What a wonderful person she is. She's very knowledgeable and personable, and she makes it very easy to work with her.

The store mgr and two staffers helped me in one way or another from entrance of store to conclusion. They could not have been more friendly/ helpful and we were extremely pleased !

I typically shop at Home Depot on a frequent basis. I had a very disappointing experience on Black Friday. My main purpose for going there that morning was to purchase a DeWalt battery set that was on sale. Upon arriving, I asked the first associate that I encountered where I could find them. He said we never received them and unfortunately, there’s nothing that we can do about it. I know it’s a busy day, but I got there as soon as the sale started. I understand things happen, but he could’ve been at least a little more compassionate about it or friendly.

This store is the closest to my house so therefore it is where I shop !!!!!!!!

Yesterday our shopping experience was great. We had 2 employees that were wonderful. Tom and Guy were both very helpful. Unfortunately that is not always the norm. Sometimes it is hard to find someone willing to help you. I think some of the employees (the younger ones) know we really don't have any other place locally to shop so let them fend for themselves.

There are some other options, but by and large Home Depot has a monopoly in our area. I go there because the alternatives are 30 minute or more drives. Perhaps it would not make a difference, but maybe competition would cause Home Depot to step up their game. Me and my friends call it Home Disappointment.

I had a contract work order I needed to fill I couldn’t figure out how to order it and charge to my Home Depot account Cass from customer service went way beyond the norm to help me She took over an hour to work this out Great customer interaction and support They need more employees like this! She deserves a raise!

I've visited this Home depot several times in the past month for a project I'm working on. I cannot say enough good about the team of workers here at this location. Its an almost 90s customer service feel. They treat you like you're their one and only>>>,and zero phones out. That's enough to make ya almost pass out....I really love this store.

Most staff are rude and incompetent.
