The store always looks good and the Staff are very friendly and there is great customer service in this store! I highly recommend this store!!!!!!

Unfortunately, this is the only Home Depot store in our area and the customer service has gone downhill fast over the last 10 years . For a consumer it is very frustrating to go to a store and after three associates can’t help you it definitely makes you not want to go back. The fourth guy that assisted me was very knowledgeable and super friendly and his name is Scott and deserves a huge raise !!! It’s a sad day when you go for help and you end up helping them figure it out

Great facility, good products, and great people.

The associates at this store is very friendly compared to other home depot's. Jamy, I think her name was very helpful! She walked me through each process, from picking out a color that goes with my wall color for the trim to the sheen that would be perfect in a bathroom. She has a lovely friendly personality, definitely will be back for more paint in the future!

Close to home but doesn't feel like a local hardware store

I have never had a bad experience at the Jamestown Home Depot. Every time I shop there I find friendly people to help me find what I am looking for.

Store is usually well stocked and, if you can find an employee, they are usually quite helpful. Store is generally fairly tidy and aisles are usually not blocked with merchandise in the middle.

I had a wonderful experience today in the outdoor area. Teresa was so helpful. She took her time to direct me to exactly what I needed with a smile. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. How refreshing to have someone give such amazing customer service! Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable! This is what will make me want to return! You are very lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable employee on your team! Thank you!

I’m a little concerned by the fact that there was seven people in line only one register open but a large amount of people on the floor willing and able to help us out .. Confuses me there and search a busy day every time we go to that store there’s only one register open so we are somewhat forced to use self check out or wait 10 to 20 minutes in line

I frequent this store, and have found the employees to be helpful and courteous. If I appear uncertain, an employee usually asks if I need assistance, and then follows through to help me find what I need. Today, that included a man in Electrical, and then assistance from TWO employees in the Doors department.

Cashier in a hurry to go to lunch and double charged me and gave me false information

Large store full of items. Employees are extremely courteous and helpful. Usually need help finding items, because store is so big. Sometimes will use their knowledge of products which helps me very much. I would give 5 stars but, HATE SELF CHECK OUTS. Wish would open at least 1 cashier staffed check out at all times. I do not know if I am able to use contractor check out. Appreciate the 10% veteran discount. Store is always clean and if stocking upper selves will close off isle for the safety of everyone. Thank you.

There’s a guy named Brian. I don’t know his last name. He works in the plumbing section, at least that’s where he finds me, lost and confused. Patiently explains pipes, connectors, end caps, and on and on; helps an old guy like me (68) figure out how to safely position 2 ten foot long drainage pipes in his SUV; transmits confidence effectively enough that a generally inept guy goes home feeling like a semi-confident handyman. Brain. He minored in literature, majored in med tech. Knows a lot about a lot. Wish I knew his last name.

I had to go up to the service desk to ask for help in the electrical aisle. Dan L. was sent to assist me. He was extremely knowledgeable and an asset to The Jamestown Home Depot Team!

The chief location in this area to purchase building materials, tools, paints etc. for the builder. Neat and clean, with employees that are knowledgeable and helpful. A wide variety of hardware and appliances. A good place to shop!!

Nobody was around to help. Could not find someone who was actually working

Employees are always helpful especially Gary this time. He answered all of our questions about the lawn mowers and was very knowledgeable. Helpful through the entire process from beginning to the end of our purchase. All the employees here are helpful when ever I shop here. The store is not clutters and the isles are marked clearly so you can see them.
