I needed a key cut. No one was at the machine, however another associate summoned help and I was promptly taken care of. It was a successful and satisfying shopping experience.

The store was very well maintained, products were easy to find, associates were readily available to help, and the prices were the best.

I had to wait perhaps 5-7 minutes before a salesman came to assist me, but I learned he had been assisting a blind customer prior to me (another salesperson let me know this as I waited). Paul was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the carpet/tile installation process. He explained everything in detail, and did not rush me. He arranged for a measurement at my home. All-in-all I felt my experience was much better than I expected...and I hope if Home Depot does my installation that I am equally happy. He assured me of the people who would come to my home, the safety of those persons, and their expertise. I must say I was impressed with Paul and Home Depot's service at this store level.

Very appreciative of the assistance Rebekah gave trying to color match a paint purchased a year ago. She managed to help multiple customers match color at the same time and I believe was successful with everyone! During return trips found entire paint staff helpful and friendly during the "frenzy" of paint purchases made during the Labor Day sale.

Purchased flooring and paint today; Amy a sales associate was very attentive and knowledgable! She made our trip quick and enjoyable!!

I used the Home Depot app when I visited. I have to say, it made finding products very easier. If I couldn't find a product, I would ask an associate, who was able to answer all of my questions. The store has a huge variety of products, making everything I needed available. I would recommend this store to anyone who asks. I can't say that about every store I visit.

I love Home Depot, I always find what I am looking for, when I need help from the store associates they are more than glad to assist. Would recommend this store highly. If someone asks me what I want for Birthday, Xmas or other holiday I tell them "Home Depot Gift Card Please" I can spend hours in this store like some women can spend in the Mall. I much prefer the Home Depot :)

The store is clean and pretty well-organized. The associates are cheerful and try hard to be helpful. However, I recommend finding one with grey hair if possible. Many of the younger ones jusat lack experience and are not always able to be helpful when advice is needed. Also, being young and inexperienced, they do not always know what I am looking for. Coil stock comes to mind. I once spent much time looking for this and the young man who tried to help me did not really know what it was. However, I would still recommend this store. Just look for an older associate if you are in need of advice.

The item that I was looking for was listed OUT OF STOCK online. But when I inquired with the help desk online I was told to contact the store directly. I called and was told that they DID have the item I wanted. I loaded my cart with the lumber I needed. Checked out and was told that I could not block the lane for the contractor pickup with my truck and trailer. I received no help loading my trailer and upset some customers that were parked in the angle parking that is next to the pickup lane. WHO designed that? Several customers were upset that they could not back out of their parking spots. Didn't anyone see a problem with that? I was upset enough that I cancelled my $250 online purchase.

Had been looking for flooring at other stores. We either weren't offered help or the selection/quality was poor. Right away the associate Amy offer us help & was very knowledgeable about the flooring. I didn't need to use my smartphone to look anything up that day. First my Dad who is the money guy doesn't like the time it takes to look things up online & he is a bit old fashioned in thinking that the person selling you something should know what they are selling. I am glad to say after a couple disappointing experiences at other local stores he found the quality product he wanted at a reasonable price he wanted as well as having all his question answered without having to go find someone different! Our visit was a week ago & as I type this he is on his way to the store today to get more flooring & some lighting we had looked at because he was so happy with the last visit & how easy the flooring was to install as well has pleased with how well it looks in the house!!! Team Home Depot from now on!!!!

Floor associate helped me read the small print on the packaging, he had his glasses I didn't have mine. He took his time to get the proper spark plugs I wanted. Then the cashier did a wonderful job in obtaining a $10 coupon off my purchase even when the numbers would not register! She was very reassuring and did a wonderful overall check out experience, a real credit to the store.

This place is amazing! I visit this store on a daily basis, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. If I'm not buying something, I'm walking around the store looking at the massive selection and variety of items to get inspiration for my next DIY build. I've built many things over the years, and I've always found what I was looking for here. The store is always clean and items are very organized. If you can dream it, you can build it with the Home Depot at your disposal. The associates are very helpful and are always happy to help. They know what they're doing and always have the information you need to complete any job. The power to take an image from your mind and build it with your bare hands is one of the best feelings. Thank you for all you do!
