I have bought a lot of stuff @ Home Depot, I will not shop anywhere else!!! The associates that work at the Janesville Home depot are the most Kind, Fun, Informative, and very Grateful people around.......I have had lots of projects, requiring lots of money, well if you have to spend the money why not spend it where the ASSOCIATES GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO ASSIST in every fashion......Honestly it is the best place to shop anywhere for anything in Janesville, serious!!!! From the Management to Just your regular Employee........Casey, Ben,Tim,Oneida, deb, Vicki, John (in flooring)& the Multiple other smiling employees (sorry cant remember everyone's name:() @ The Home Depot!!.........I am not getting paid to say this, compensated in any way whatsoever but when people go out of there to assist you while your going through major home improvements its nice to honestly have time to say "THANK YOU" to everyone at the Janesville location.........."THANK YOU" from the bottom of my heart!!!!

I called your store with an unusual request to order and pay for a refrigerator in Janesville and have it delivered to Largo FL. The saleswoman in appliances was exceptional in helping us out as well at the customer service desk. We were extremely satisfied with help and service we received in fixing a long distance problem.

I went to this store specifically to buy a grill. The store associates were so very helpful & nice to talk with. They helped me select the right grill, by thoroughly explianing the features available. I bought a grill and I am excited to use it today for the first time ! The checkout process was quick, and the associate "Joy" was very friendly and helpful. And the guys helped me load the Grill, which was very kind ! It was quick & easy and NO PRESSURE, which was important to me, Great Job Janesville Home Depot !

Our plumber gave us a list of about 100 different items to buy for our bathroom remodel. We brought the list to the store expecting to spend hours searching for items we had no idea about or what they looked like. A store associate went through our list and found everything except two items. This took him maybe 45 min - which would have taken us hours. Honestly I don't know how we would have found half of the items. We really appreciate the help we received from this associate as well as another female associate!

We visited the store on a Saturday evening. The store was not overly busy, but the staff was energetic and friendly. We received very helpful assistance from knowledgeable staff and were invited back with an offer of assistance to a building situation that we were facing with cabinets. I really like our Janesville, WI store and shop there often.

I was shopping during lunch break so I didn't have a lot of time. I walked into the store and headed for the area I believe what I was looking for would be. I found it no problem, headed for the checkout and was helped by an associate at the self checkout since my wood was 8' long, and headed back to work. Quick, easy and at a fair price !

The Store is well laid out and items easy to find. I am happy to say the last several visits we have not been disappointed and all items needed were on hand, what a relief! This is a well improved Home Depot store. If you can't find it, one of the very hard working associates will help you find it or order it for you.

The product we were looking for was not easy to find. Some of this melamine coated particle board was in one location, except the size we wanted. Brianna took us right to it. Would not have found it with the help and the help was service with a smile! Thanks!

One of the store managers Casey did a wonderful job on my return. She made sure my item was return and all the information about my return was completed. She call my home personaly severl times to make sure my return was going smoothly. She was very knowledgeable about my return process. Big thanks to Casey.

I had been looking for an Arien's snowblower and did alot of research online. Home Depot had the best prices that I could find anywhere so I called the Janesville Wisconsin store and talked to lawn and garden associate "Paul" to see if they had the model that I wanted. He had the model that I wanted so I went to the store to buy one. I met with Paul and he went out of his way to help me and answered alot of questions, and even demonstrated a snowblower that the store uses for their own snow removal. He even helped me at the checkout with an extended warranty. Paul and Lydia who was my cashier not only helped me with the warranty, they also informed me about a 10% veterans discount that Home Depot offers to all vets!

I have been purchasing all construction materials needed in every project that I undertake specially when I'm in San Diego CA at Home Depo.

Enjoyed shopping at the store and will be in all areas to shop again soon,the cashier was awesome ! She helped pick more holiday items I needed.

Home Depot sales associates really know their business as well as being friendly and helpful. The associates were well able to guide us in selecting gifts for a talented man with very specific preferences in tools. An area we knew little or nothing about. The Home Depot gang make excellent Santa's Elves.

After researching online we were able to make a quick trip and get what we needed with the help of the team member.
