The Home Depot associate Daisy was so helpful with picking out mulch, assisted in loading and pushing my cart, even helped watch my small child while I quick grabbed some other products. She was a delight to interact with and very friendly. She made my Home Depot shopping experience a truly wonderful one!

When I came into Home Depot Roland greeted me and asked me what I needed. I explained to him my needs and he personally took me to the location of the products that I was in search of. Further, Roland, stayed with me and went over everything to make sure that I got just the right items.

Recently when trying to replace our kitchen sink, we were very disappointed in the lack of customer service we received at Home Depot. The associates were unable to answer our question regarding what challenges we might face and we purchased a sink that wasn’t going to work…but we didn’t find this out until we talked to our installer. He said this was the THIRD replacement sink that Home Depot had sold recently that wasn’t going to work!

I needed to set up an account for our youth baseball organization. Needed to get a tax exempt status. Tairyn helped me thru the process and was extremely patient and helpful She also set up a Home Depot charge account for me which also saved our organization another $50. WONDERFUL SERVICE

Tired of going into stores where all you find is customer NO SERVICE. Not the case on my recent trip to Janesville Home Depot where both Cathleen and Pedro went out of their way to make it a very easy and pleasant shopping experience.

I was ignored by more than one associate, and one of them even went out of their way to ignore me. I have other places that will be getting my business.

I had questions about an outdoor heater and the employee who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly.

I have visited the Janesville Home Depot several times lately and each time I have been there the employees have been very welcoming and always, I mean always assists me in finding what I need and answer any questions I have. I have to say the quality of their products is exceptional. These days where a person needs to watch what they spend Home Depot is a very good place to shop.

Bought a refrigerator and Christy and Luke provided great in store service. Set up a delivery date and took work off for the delivery and it was canceled that morning and rescheduled for a week later. Very upset that I wasted a vacation day to receive a new appliance and the canceled same day it was aches for.

I purchased my first riding battery lawn mower here and felt very comfortable with the purchase. Nice place to shop. Helpful staff.

The employee was very knowledgeable and knew what l was looking for plus she went and got it from the shelf for me.

June 2021, bought new appliances at another store. January 2022, find out it’s not available. Drive to Home Depot & bought it the same day!

I was able to get a 4 piece appliance set at a bulk/package rate and saved!

Jeff went out of his was to locate me in the store to give me an item he found that we thought was sold out.

We were in the market to buy our suite of appliances for our new home. Home Depot had a great selection and Joe went above and beyond to get us the best prices and right appliances for our new home.

They were so happy to see me and so happy to help me. Great feeling.

I purchased a washer and dryer from this store. The staff was very helpful!

Set up a date and time for the installation of a newly purchased appliance. The delivery people came during the scheduled date and time. Was told because of a defect of the newly purchased appliance, the installation was not able to happen. Was told that someone would contact me 24 to 48 hours to schedule for a new, non-defective appliance and the installation. That time has elapsed and Followed up with the store that I bought the appliance from, I got the RUN AROUND from 4 associates. Poor CS. I've paid for a service and product that was never delivered. Would certainly change my rating if someone with the ability to make decisions and rectify this amicably.

After being unable to secure a local contractor to remodel our kitchen, we decided to check with Home Depot. The designer was stellar. In asking us pertinent questions and helping us to choose the granite, we secured the purchase. She said we would be contacted by Heather in a couple days to begin the scheduling process. Even though the designer and the online website form include backsplash removal, the woman who called told us it was not included. When we cited the designer's assurance and the website information, she said she "didn't know anything about that." She promised to phone after speaking with the manager, and she did not. We had to call to get more information. She didn't schedule anything and would continually state she would call us "later" or "the next day" and she never did. My husband had to continually follow up. Yet, after 2 weeks nothing was done -- no progress or action -- even though our credit card was charged in full on that first visit. Absolutely disgusting customer service! Not only a "bait-and-switch" but also continuous lies and delays!

Joe in Appliances was a gem to work with to order and schedule delivery of my new gas stove. The next day Trent via a phone call was able to apply a new home owners discount I received in the mail a day after I bought the stove. Was treated with respect throughout the whole process.

Totally outstanding store. Fantastic employees.

Outstanding customer service. I will be going to the Janesville store of Home Depot from now on, rather than Menard's. Thank you.
