My family and I needed a new oven. I typically dislike shopping for big ticket items because of several poor, high pressure experiences. Our Home Depot trip could not have gone smoother. Joe, the gentleman who helped us, gave us the perfect balance of attention and space, and he treated my young kids with tremendous patience and kindness. I will definitely be going to the store more often.

I have always had a great experience visiting Home Depot. Selection and variety of products is vast. Very knowledgeable employees and excellent customer service!

Walked in and asked customer service where something was. She immediately had an attitude. She was on her phone and didn’t want to be bothered. Her name was christy. Then walked to the back aisle and the man on the floor cleaner was blocking the aisle not moving while on his phone. So that one spot will be more than clean I guess. The pallets of cold patch need to be rotated as everything is grabbed from the front and it’s impossible to pull anything from the back. My whole time at this store not a single employee even acknowledged me although i passed multiple. Most were on their phones. Went to the self checkout and had 3 employees staring at me but not a single one said a word to me. No greeting, no help, no thank you, nothing. Aside from my terrible conversation with christy not a single employee said a word to me. I will avoid this store in the future.

There is NEVER a question about which store to go to for my painting projects. The staff at my Home Depot are always able to help me with my questions and have always been successful getting me the right color match, finish and accessories. They really DO go above and beyond with their customer service.

Was sold a lawnmower online at 8:15am, drove 1.5 hours to get just to be called at 11:30 to let us know it’s not put together so they can’t sell it to us. Literally just sold it online to us so this needs to be updated on the website. Waste of time.

Debbie was very friendly and helpful with the consumer credit. I was able to get all the materials I needed within a reasonable time while applying.

I love going into a store and smelling the aromas of home improvement/construction materials and wondering down super wide and very clean stores. Home depot hits thee ball out of the park in customer service as well. Very pleasant shopping experience.

Gentlemen helping was quick to help. Very friendly and answered all questions with confidence. Scheduled date was much sooner than expected. Side note: used the restroom and very clean compared to other stores I have been in.

We bought a peel and stick tile made by Brewster home fashions The pattern was so far off we couldn’t use a lot of the tiles Tried to get more but they were unavailable from Home Depot by then maybe 3 weeks after placing the initial order Then we started to see corners lifting We had followed the instructions to a tee Returning what we could of the unused product and throwing what had been installed in the trash Installed a different product we had used in the past with good luck Out about 150 dollars for the materials we trashed and several hour labor to first install and then remove the defective tiles only to reinstall the tried and tie product

We were looking for a unique battery size. It was not on the main battery displays. Roland offered assistance and walked the store with us to ultimately find the battery with success. He was extremely helpful. He also assisted with choosing the proper nails for a project. He was knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in helping us.

Been a bit since I was last at Home Depot, was expecting chaos, didn’t disappoint. But it was organized chaos due to holiday ( Black Friday). I wish I got the employees names in the garden area who located the last snow blower, but thank you so much for all the help. And thanks for thanking me for my business, that was awesome.

I bought an electric clothing a couple of vests gloves and socks I wish you carried all of that in the store thank you, and we bought a furnace and installed it by you guys at home Depot Madison Wisconsin and it went smoothly and the company you hired when above and beyond the call of duty. How about it they plugged a couple of holes that we didn't know were there we've had this house for more than 20 years and not one furnace company did that thank you very much we feel better now

I purchased a front screen door a couple of weeks ago. I was told while paying for the product and service I would hear back from someone in the installation department to schedule delivery and installation. Guess what, almost two weeks later and I still have not heard from anyone and when I call I’m being told someone will call me back that day or the next day and guess what I still have heard back from anyone about or to address my concern. I wish I could give zero stars I would.

Pedro was a great help. He cut our lumber into manageable sizes to fit in our car. He was knowledgeable, polite and careful with his measurements.

How often do you have to buy a large appliance and have it in service in your home on a Friday night? It was around 7:30 p.m. that our washing machine loudly gave up the ghost with a load just finishing up and several to go. By 8:30 we were in the car on the way to Home Depot in Janesville, WI. We bought a floor model at a $250.00 discount over the usual price, had a ton of help from Tammy, the lady working the appliance department at the close of a long day, and laid to rest the specter of having to use our town's laundromat all Saturday morning. These people did a great job; a young man gathering carts in the parking lot even came over to our car unbidden to help us load the machine and be on our way. Home Depot in Janesville really has it all together!

We choose Janesville Home Depot as our main supplier of home and garden needs. We ordered solar panels using the homedepot.com web site. The Home Depot app worked to the track the delivery. We have purchased 20 solar panels so far from Home Depot in Janesville, WI. Since the solar panel purchases were efficient we looked through the Home Depot web site to learn more about the store. We have since been satisfied with the purchase of a push lawn mower, a trailer dolly, a pressure washer, potting soil, mulch and plants. Janesville Home Depot has the items we are seeking for our home and garden needs.
