Overall I have been pleased with the Keller location. However this mornings store experience in the paint department was anything but. The associate assigned to the paint counter was to put it mildly was rude. My wife and I (the only two people at the counter) waited without so much as an acknowledgement. Is it too much to say “Hello, I will be with you in a moment.” Apparently for this employee the answer is a resounding YES. When the employee felt we had waited without any acknowledgement long enough she was unfriendly and terse. Hopefully my paint was mixed properly.

Every visit I have had over the last 5 years have been exemplary of outstanding customer support.

Staff is always willing to help and very knowledgeable.

I bought broken new appliances here and took months to resolve. I had to run down employees because they were trying to avoid helping me find stuff. I’ve had expensive industrial tools that was missing hardware. I’ve had a large order of masonry in which they shorted the order with my letting them know they owed me more while they charged me for it.

Totally satisfied with product availability, no required unscientific mask mandate, and totally satisfied that we could actually find and speak with store personnel to receive assistance.

Greeted by Nick, the manager and Monica, one of the assistant managers. Store was clean, well stocked and the cashier, Keenan was fast and thanked me. Great Home Depot location.

I do a lot of custom fabricating as a hobbyist and this store never disappoints when I need something not of the norm at most hardware stores. For that I am thankful that Im so close to this location.

I went to Home Depot last evening. I wanted items in two parts of the store. I asked for directions to the pocket door parts. The staff members who gave directions sent me straight to them. My grandson was with me and he needed light bulbs for his room, since it was feeling like the "Twilight Zone". Jack helped me find the LED tubes I needed to keep my kitchen lit. He took me to a modern lighting. With these helpful employees, I left the store renewed in the concept that in person shopping was a joy.

The Customer Service clerk Oz went out of his way to get me the best deal possible and the manager helped me with all of my questions. I will definitely continue to shop at this location for their great customer service!

Worst employee I came across at Home Depot in the paint section. She lies with an open face even though she got the wrong type of paint.

Experience quick and efficient!!! Found what I was looking for and got checked out quickly!!! Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable.

Wow! Smooth, friendly and efficient from the greeting at the door... assistance in finding and loading heavy boxes of utility shelves... through check-out... and loading boxes into the trunk. A Great shopping experience. Would have been a 5 star review, had the isles throughout the store not been cluttered with free-standing displays... difficult to maneuver through.

I have used HD exclusively over the last 20 years. I shop in the store but also do my research on your website to verify availability of products. This saves gas and time. Lately (the last season) any garden or lumber I've searched for that are typically in demand, are out of stock and I have to get in line to be notified by HD of future restocks. This has been my largest driver to look for alternatives. I'm frustrated when HD cannot give me an est for availability of needed products.

I love my Home Depot store, as mentioned in the survey it's close and I can get whatever I need there. I enjoy the good customer service and the quick in and out it supplies me. Plus I'm 84 so the close handicap parking helps too.

The Keller,TX Home Depot is the best! As far as I'm concerned, they have the best employees of all of the Home Depot's in the area! Annette and Candi are awesome!

Hard to find someone to assist. When I did find someone they called the person in the dept I needed. That person was assisting someone which I was okay with but I was told He would help me when he finished. He did not instead went to help someone else who was not waiting. I waited almost 35 mins to be assisted. I had to go someone in another dept to get me the assistance. I then waited another 10 mins once I was assisted it literally took them 5 mins to help me. So in all they could have helped me earlier before assisting people who were not waiting. Poor customer service

All I can say is 5 stars is not enough, Her name is Carla, she is very friendly, courteous and helpful!

Once again I was so pleased to work with the associates at Home Depot. I have enjoyed their customer service for years especially with ordering carpet or flooring for my home.
