The store is clean and easy to find what I need

Very clean store. I asked an associate to help me and he was very helpful, even walking me to the isle where the product was. Also Wendy (cashier) was especially helpful at today’s visit.

I really like the store, because the employee and customer service are so friendly and helpful.

Difficult to checkout with hands full. Real push toward self checkout with employees watching. Strange.

It was so easy to find what I need and the store is so clean, but the cashier MITCHELL was not helpful for me unfortunately.

I bought a pre-built bbq and was assisted by Ken Lett who went above and beyond to help me load it into my vehicle. He needed to return to the store 3x to get more tools to dismantle parts for it to fit. 5 star service!

There was insufficient coverage in the flooring department on the day of our visit. PETER was the person that came over from another department, and PETER went far beyond what he should have been expected to do. PETER needs some recognition in that he didn't give up, and he figured out how to process our carpet order. I understand that two people had called in sick, and on that note, someone should have been put over in the flooring area for coverage.

HD actually DENIED my review of my shopping experience! So, I reduced my rating to 1 star. I bought a custom front door, and lock set, for $1960. The cashier asked if we wanted to save $100 by applying for a HD card. I have a credit score of 800, with no outstanding credit, and said yes. They actually only approved me for $1000, so I ended up paying cash for the $960 balance. It took over 30 minutes to get this transaction done. We won't be shopping there in the future, especially after denying my first review. I will now cancel my card after the 6 months same as cash is done.

I came in to buy a piece of plywood and have it cut for me to make a custom bookshelf. I went to the area where the lumber was and ran into an associate named Mike B. His phone was ringing like crazy and customers were all waiting to get his help for what they needed. He helped me with cutting the pieces I needed and I had to come back to him to get help again. He was busy but he took out the time to help me. He has great customer service. He said it was his day off but he still was kind.

I went there to get some paint, which I got, then went to the garden center. They have some beautiful cacti there and I purchased two fairly large ones because the price was unbelievable. Usually the price for that size is $15-$20, but these were only $5.98. I couldn't believe it. I will probably be buying my cactus here from now on.

Nancy (service desk) had the impression she was the customer and I worked at Home depot and I was inconveniencing her by not answering her quickly enough. I have a problem with an order and I have not been able to get a representative on the phone. Sitting on hold.

The employee left me waiting for a long time. When I went to find her she was doing something else instead of what she left me to go get help with. I was basically abandoned. Furthermore they only had in stock a floor model of an item they assured me was in stock on the phone. I received a very small discount to take the floor item with the assurance that it was only missing a remote (no big deal) only to find out when I got it home and opened the online manual that it required an installation kit for venting (this was a portable air conditioning unit). Replacement vent kits are $180 on top of a $400 AC unit. Needless to say I wasted time, gas, and exposure to all the unmasked shoppers and employees just to get 70% of an item while paying nearly full price. I will return it and no longer shop with Home Depot.

The store is so clean

The employees working in departments at this store are NOT helpful. The employee in flooring was reluctant at best in helping me get tile that was in stock but not on the shelf. This is a common experience whenever I shop at this store, and I don't intend to go back. Lowe's provides help with a smile, it's worth the extra mile to drive down the road and avoid the frustration.

Store 2715 is a great place to shop. This is the only store I shop at for home improvements.
