We have been looking for a small upright, frost free freezer at a reasonable price. I went into the store and met with Julie in the appliance department who was very helpful. We were able to get a great price and a very reasonable delivery fee since we live 50 miles out of town. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Got what I needed and look forward to purchase more!

Like any big box store, you may get what you want at a lower cost, but the service is not there,

lumber is not the greatest, need to cull a lot of boards

I am consistently happy with this store. There have been some supply chain problems, but that effects ALL stores, doesn't it? I like to look online to make sure that my item is in stock before I drive over there.

Big nice store with friendly, helpful people.

Visited the Kerrville HD today and found the employees pleasant and overall appeared to enjoy their jobs, unlike the Abilene store that the employees provide poor service and don’t appear to care if the customer gets what he needs.

customer service desk acts like I was a burden. disturbing their talk.

This would be five stars if they didn’t use FedEx to deliver

I placed an order to pick up curbside. After checking in via app, and waiting for 10 mins, I called the number posted on the curbside sign, twice. No one picked up. So I went inside, stood in line, and picked up the two, heavy shelving units in store and loaded them myself. I got my order, and it was fine, but just a frustrating process. Don’t offer curbside if you’re not actually going to do it.

the store has everything I needed. there were a few time I needed something I could not find. used the in store app and was like asking an associate, but quicker. item, how many, and where to find (isle and section). congrats that the inventory is up to date and matches online!

Over the years I've made purchases and most of the departments and each time that I asked for help I got it, whether it was advice, comments, suggestions, etc. staff always pleasant.

John in the electrical department was just the best in answering my many questions concerning residential electrical wiring I had when I went to the Kerrville, Texas store in the evening of November 30, 2024. He was just the best employee and made the trip there a fantastic experience and I was so glad he could answer all the questions I had about wiring. He was very knowledgeable about wiring and had the best attitude! Thanks Home Depot for having such a great employee. I am a jack of all trades and need some help once in a while.

They have what we need when we need it & I can find help when I need it, however, 50% of the time the person who helps us doesn’t know much. It would be nice if they called for help if they were not well educated on certain products. Take initiative.

Overall customer service is lacking in this store. I would highly suggest that any verbal communication be supplemented with written communication.

Associates are always helpful at this location. You can tell they genuinely enjoy their jobs and understand the importance of good customer service.

I love my Ryobi tools, but next time I buy will be on line!!! I hate self checkout and the Ryobi tools were locked up behind a fence and in 4 different areas of the store I left without getting half of my list!!!

The staff is great but the inventory leaves someting to be desired.

Purchased a new mower (our third on over a 16 year time frame) Home Depot is our go to store. They take care of what we need each time. Just going to the Kerrville store is 100 miles round trip the reason we use Home Depot is people we can trust, time and time again.
