The man that checked us out in the garden center was very friendly. You have a good employee in him.

Unorganized products

Pro Desk associate Stacy was extremely skilled in filling out my custom window order. His attention to detail and listening to exactly what I wanted made the buying decision for me right on the spot. I had gotten two other quotes the same day but they went “out the window “ as soon as Stacy finished. Great job guys!

I have been very pleased with the products as well ans the excellent customer service at this store.

Materials and floor service are top notch for a homeowner, rancher, DIY person. I absolutely HATE the self checkout. Only one manned terminal at the far end of the store to discourage use is also maddening. I am older, don’t want to walk all over the place to pay and leave. I am also not trained nor paid to check myself out. Any issues still require an employee to manage even the self checkout. If they eliminate the remaining manned register I will move my business elsewhere, permanently.

Trying to get help from an employee is like pulling teeth

It arrived, It is damaged, I will have to employ someone to cut my lawn.

If you happen to need/use a store credit, get ready to have your drivers license scanned. This is an unnecessary invasion of privacy and there is no business reason to do this. HD now a branch of big government watching our every move? I’m done with HD forever.

Repeat HD customer. Familiar with the store and can find help when I need it. Prices fair and sales good.

This is my favorite home improvement store. Whether I am shopping in person or online, I always find just what I need and the store personnel are very helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I love how Home Depot is supports veterans also. My latest purchase was a refrigerator. Violet helped me find just what would meet my needs and space at a great price! I’ll definitely continue to shop here. You should too.

I purchased some items for a repair that I didn't end up needing. Didn't have my receipt with me and the very nice lady at the returns desk just pulled up my account and scanned the items and credited my card instantly! Wow. very impressed with her expertise.

Shop here fairly often, Convenient to drive to and employees are consistently helpful. Sometimes items are not in stock but people at the order desk are always willing to help me order the item.

Great store found in an orderly manor. Employees are friendly and customer service was exceptional. Unfortunately, NOT found in Sam Antonio Texas, although, constraining could be incorporated.

DISHWASHER NOT DELIVERED AT THIS TIME, WILL BE DELIVERED IN 4 DAYS.

I find that the Customer Service staff does what it takes to help you out.

Buyer Beware! 8’ lumber lengths are actually 7’8”, 4” shorter than advertised. Make sure you plan your projects accordingly. I thought I had, until I got the lumber home and realized it was much shorter than I needed for my project.

I used to love this location but the employees here aren't the best now. Tried asking a cashier for help on where to find an item, she just said "I don't know." and went back to scrolling on her phone. So disrespectful. Then I went back to her to checkout and she took at least a couple of minutes on her phone and asked me to wait a second. Then finally checked me out and also kept my recipient that I asked for. When I told her if I can have my receipt, she told me that customers aren't allowed to keep them anymore. What does that mean? I wasn't aware of this. Did not catch her name but she was a tall black larger woman with a green shirt. Really wish she could ve been kinder. At least the store was in stock…

Over the past 7 years we have used our Home Depot account for our home remodeling and updating. All of our lawn chemicals and water softener chemicals as well come from Home Depot. The associates there have always gone above and beyond.

I am Anxious to try out my Riobi battery powered lawn mower. I tried a friend's & loved it. I expect the same.

The crew at Home Depot in kerville have always served me with excellence, and with delight.

I try to always complete the surveys and will continue to do so. I try to give credit where credit is due. However, whenever I have a complaint which isn't very ofter, I never hear from anyone. I don't expect t hear from anyone now. It seems any comment goes into a dead letter file. If you aren't going to respond to issues then why ask for them?

Jessica was extremely knowledgeable of grout colors and went out of her way to load our cart with 16 bags of grout. She answered all my questions in a patient and kind manner.

We have done business with at least four Home Depots during our home improvement project years. The Kerrville Home Depot is our favorite to do business with, because the employees are the most helpful we've encountered.

Just want to say these lady’s go out of there way for each and every customer. And work very professional and have a wonderful courtesy to their customers this is the busiest part of the store these ladies go up and beyond to help customers out I’m sure the other stores are just as good but I believe the Kerrville store is the very best in Customer service
