When I could not find a Frost Cover for my plants in the store so I went to the service counter and Deborah pulled one up on-line and placed the order for me. While she was placing the order I looked over the holiday lighting and when I got home decided to order some icicle lights. To my delight they were cheaper on line so I placed the order and picked them up the next day in the store. Deborah helped process the delivery and as always she was most helpful, cheerful, and had all the answers. She is a joy at the counter.

I always enjoy shopping in this store. The employees are always available and very helpful.

I really like this store. Associates in numerous departments are super helpful. Particularly Contractor Sales, Electrical, Paint, Appliances and Kitchen Design. The people are very friendly and help me work through my list with suggestions and other ideas that I hadn't even considered. The paint matching capabilities are the best that I have ever encountered. They must calibrate the computer every day because the matching is spot on every time. I know most of the associates by name and they all remember me and are very cordial.

WILL I FIND EVERYTHING IN ENGLISH IN ANOTHER COUNTRY ?

I went to the Home Depot in Kerrville to purchase a new washer and dryer and was helped by a gentleman named Roy Boudreaux. I can't tell you how easy he made the whole experience. He was professional and knowledgeable!

Store was clean and tidy. Associate that Helped me was very friendly and knew exactly where I need to go to find my parts. I self checked on the way out and the associate there was also very friendly and we had a nice chat. I shop at this location quite often. Actually purchased several $$K worth of flooring recently and once again the folks were great to deal with.

Our appliance sales associate, Dub Burleson, was very helpful, knowledgable, and fun. We had a great experience buying our new refrigerator.

This store in Kerrville, Texas is very clean, well lit and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Several departments have people in them that actually worked in the field and understand your questions. They guide you in the right direction with your purchases. Customer service is AWESOME.

This is my where to go store when I need supplies or tools for any size job. They always has items in stock or can order it quickly. Very knowledgeable and helpfull associates when I need assistence.

Employees don't wait for you to ask if you need help, they ask with a smile, even to the grouch (like me). For the most part merchandise is fairly priced, in stock and if not available, it will be immediately ordered. Lot's of choice's, very pleased with the store in General. My wife even goes with me to look (and most of the time buy) plenty of plants and stuff you need and didn't know it.

I recently visited Home Depot here in Kerrville to purchase paint for my home. The associate in the paint department were excellent ! He work carefully but fast with mixing all the paint cans I had ask for.

I love the Home Depot in Kerrville. I go there a lot and there is never a time I don't have a great experience from the store associates and finding what I need.

The help I got was a wealth of information. I changed my plans for the better after I talked with a associate.

I bought a refrigerator and the associate helped figure out what I needed was friendly informative and took good care of everything. I had been to Lowes and walked out cuz they were rude. The associate at Hone Depot could give lessons on how to act. His actions knowledge and kindness made the sale.

The associates are willing to help find what you need. The cashiers are friendly and help with returns. We have been in this area for 3 years and always find the people in the paint dept. knowledgeable about their products.

THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRODUCE THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THERE WERE CHOICES AVAILABLE AND EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHERE TO FIND THEM. THEY SAVE ME A LOT OF TIME WANDERING AROUND LOOKING FOR THE ITEM MYSELF.

The store was extremely organized and items were easy to locate! As always, prices are always lower that other stores.

The paint department had lots of folks waiting to get help because the store associate was helping one couple and not even acknowledging the rest of his customers. On a Saturday I do not believe they should spend so much time with one customer. They need to acknowledge all customers waiting out the paint mix desk. Two couples finally gave up and left, 3 singles left, I stayed and 1 single guy stayed and we waited and waited while the associate was still with the same customers. The single guy finally gave up and I went and got a manager. He was about as satisfactory/helpful as a mannequin.

I was able to find what i needed with the help of associates and was done in a few minutes.

Tony in electrical was very helpful in finding the correct tubes for my fixtures. The cashier was very friendly.
