I could not find any store employee to help me with the product I needed. When I finally found what I needed and went to pay of it the cashier seemed bothered to help me. Very rude employees.

The employees are not at fault as the survey wrongly states! The Kerrvile store is not at fault either! None of these types of stores can afford to hire enough employees to cover such large stores. I have made my recommendation inside the survey.

I wish I had gotten the floor rep's name! He was working in the lumber area. Was so helpful, cut boards for me and advised about other products. I needed a special bonding agent and he knew the exact product, found it on the shelves for me. So great, I got everything I needed for two home projects.

Buying appliances are a fairly major event. The Appliance Specialist that assisted was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable.

The Service Desk was very helpful.

Although this store is smaller than those I was accustomed to in a large city, the customer service is better with store associates being very helpful and stopping what they are doing to assist.

The employees at this store were impressive especially when one could tell me where an item was exactly on the other end of the store which saved a lot of time and walking thru the aisles to find it. My checkout was very quick and the gentleman was very curteous.

A busy store with the best selection of EVERYTHING except hambergers. A great place to shop for everything else.

Most employees are friendly and helpful. The one that especially goes out of her way to help is Janie at the commercial desk. No matter what we need she is ALWAYS there to help. She is the main reason we keep shopping there.

The Kerrville Home Depot is always friendly, well stocked and the staff are knowledgeable. All of my experiences shopping there are good.

After failing to find the product on the floor and told by floor staff they didn't have anymore, the cashier at check- out asked if I found everything I was looking for. When I said I hadn't she asked me what the product was in question, researched it, found it in stock and had a floor staff retrieve it for me.

Employees are very helpful. Often they will ask you if you need help and will take the time to show you where a product is located.

You can be at any end of the store and the employees know what aisle you need...Violet Matias helped us with a remodel ...that girl is so helpful and knowledgeable and great with ideas and suggestions/design.
