This home-depot is the best! It is 3 min away from my home! I love this store and spend my time going in there. Just like going to a shoes store!

The older Caucasian woman with white hair in the kitchen department was completely condescending and unhelpful. Her distasteful way of speaking to me made me very upset. I came up to her and she was helping another customer so I stood by to wait to speak to her. The customer she was helping walked away from her and I came to her calling for her by saying "excuse me, ma'am?". She still ignored me. I had to get in front of her face and make eye contact for me to be acknowledged. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking that, because of her age, she may be hard of hearing. But upon speaking to her I realized she was just a very condescending, unfriendly woman. I don't know if she was upset I was "bothering her" while helping someone else. Her direct response was "I'm busy". Very, very put off by this! I hope management has the ability to see cameras to see that I was at least respectful enough to wait while she was not having direct contact with another customer! She said she was busy while the customer she had been speaking with WALKED AWAY.

Although the store stays busy, the employees are always very helpful. This location usually is well stocked when it comes to items needed for a job. The check out & self-check lanes are usually swift, not much waiting or hassle. They should bring back the Greeters at the entry section of the store. It makes the customers feel even more welcomed (might even spend more without realizing it). Well kept environment & location. Thank You.

some staffs are helpful but some are not, even the manager Mike doesnt really know the inventory system ! i have been waiting more than 30 mins in home appliance department but no staff there , i did asked someone else but they just try to call and told me someone will be back in couple mins, no way i have waiting for more than 30 mins but nobody came, i need to go to front counter to ask , the front counter lady was helpful and nice and she even called the store manager to help me , but he was not helpful

It was a good, quick visit. I have no complaints.

My favorite store. Have been coming here since I was 15 and my dad used to bring me. Now my son attends the kids arts and crafts Saturdays. Great store and mostly good employees.

The store was clean and staff was friendly , John from Paint is the guy I recommend as he knows what he is doing and is a great help.

i think the parking lot needs more lights. It is pretty dark at night.

SINCE THIS IS A DO IT YOURSELF STORE !!!! FUNNY TO SEE A LARGE POTHOLE IN THE EXIT ROAD AS YOU EXIT ONTO HWY 6... EVEN IF IT HAPPENS TO BE SOMEWHERE WHERE HARRIS COUNTY SHOULD TAKE CARE OF IT { NOT SURE } - LAST THING YOU WANT A CUSTOMER TO REMEMBER IS HITTING A POTHOLE AS THEY LEAVE YOUR STORE AM SUIRE THERE IS A MAINTENANCE TEAM THERE OR ONE THAT TRAVELS TO ALL STORES THAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THIS SOME TIME AGO

It is sometimes hard to find help but once you find somebody they really help you out

Associate Tonya at the Returns desk was extremely helpful & diligent in getting us our refund on some items that we had left over after a patio door installation.

This store always has the products I need on the shelf, and is well kept. The employees are courteous and efficient in their service and provide prompt assistance when needed

Always a good store to visit. The employees usually go above and beyond what is required.

This location is not as large as some others but has a decent selection. Most of the staff I've encountered were very helpful and knowledgable. The day I went, there was a young man who was scooping up stray shopping carts like his life depended on it. He was going all over the parking lot and wheeling them back in 15 or more at a time. Maria, the cashier, is always quick with a smile and is very knowledgable.
