Wide range of products to choose from, but you have to search for a staff member to help you. Eighty percent of the time that person does not have knowledge of the product you have a question about.

Close and convenient. Usually has what the homeowner needs for repairs or improvements.

I was very happy with the experience I shared with associate Rocio. She was so helpful. I felt at times she was teaching me another side of Home Depot. I can't believe me and my mom enjoyed our time like we did with Rocio. Great job you guys!

The associat in this store don't really have a leader at all .. The Asm name Daniel act rude with customer make me wonder what kinda trainning do they really have ..

first time at this store had a good experience there. it was little bit smaller then the one I go to all the time but still good store to go to.

Not a bad store. I also like the Home Depot east of here (on Slauson closer to the 110) because it's larger. But this is a solid Home Depot.

5th time I've tred to purchase items for home move….only once did a clerk try to help and was distracted by another buyer…they treat you with no respect and make no effort to satisfy customer needs. Most have no clue as to what they are talking about. Wasted more time trying to get help than getting products on my own. Cashiers do not know how to honor coupons! Best bet is to research on your own and find isle and item and price, then order on line forpick up

when i want to find the items and products i can always rely on home depot!

I previously went to the Fallbrook location (west hill, ca) and had such a horrible experience, I almost didn't stop at this Home Depot tonight. But my experience was vastly different. This associate (James) was walking in another direction, but when he saw me come down the aisle, he waited to inquire if I needed help. That's important to me, and very much appreciated.

I am a pretty regular Home Depot shopper. This particular Home Depot is by far the best one I have ever been too. There are ALWAYS associates available to help you. I have been to other Home Depot's and you can't get an Associate to save your life. The last time I was at this home depot the associate helped me with pallet's for a home project. He searched the entire store for two perfect pallet's for me. Super awesome.

I was at the store to buy a doggy door after previously being discouraged at a couple of other stores because of the lack of associates So, I requested assistance at the front of the store instead of going to the department I needed because I know how associates get stopped by people. The associate came right away and was very knowledgeable about the product.

I must bring to your attention the incredible customer service exhibited by a wonderful sales person in your store. His name is REY, and he is a Latino gentleman who mainly works in the plumbing department of the Ladera Store #1061 on Slauson Blvd in Los Angeles. he is fantastic. He is DIRECTLY responsible for me spending considerably more money than if he wasn't there. The reason for this is he HELPS me buy the CORRECT products and tools to complete my job CORRECTLY. Rey explains why I need to buy a certain product. I may have come into the store looking to buy a "quick fix". Without exception, Rey will smile at me and say, "No - what you need to buy is this..." and shows me the appropriate product to buy.I will buy whatever Rey tells me to buy - even if its more expensive-because I trust Rey. He has NEVER been wrong. I once went to the Home Depot on Sunset Blvd and tried to buy some plumbing products - Rey doesn't work at the Sunset Store - I left and drove 30 min to Rey's store.

Everyone was available to assist me and overall I had a great experience. The store was clean and I love the organization.

I am going through a home remodel and a frequent visitor to the Ladera store as it is the closest to my home. I have had a need to purchase products from almost every department. Usually able to find what I need without the help of an associate but when I do they are very helpful. Sometimes it is hard to find an associate, which is a little frustrating.

When I need to repair something at my house, Home Depot is the first store on my mind to visit. Sometimes I go to Home Depot to get an idea on how to fix things by looking at the tools and materials that are available. I have come across sales associates who are in the trades and were very helpful.

Steve is an outstanding store mgr. I come in with my many home & garden issues. He always gets his team members and some time his self to help me. He makes me feel like a valued customer of home depot. It is because of this outstanding customer service, I always shop at this home depot store.
