happy to have the store in our area , pleased to see local residents employed as well as other stores on the same site the young people seem to enjoy working in this area not like past years when there seemed to be a disconnect with store employees and local residents . of course before home depot the store was under a different name and business was not good to say the least

They wasted my time at the store. They did not meet the promised delivery date. I had to cancel the order. Customer service needs drastic improvement.

Echoing some of the other reviews for this store, this is a Home Depot you can go to for a good selection of products and if you know how to find them yourself. If you want assistance, special orders, or anything involving getting someone from the staff to help go to a different store. There's either an understaffing problem or lack of training, but it's chaos when it comes to getting an associate to help.

My home depot #1061 is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable it is a joy to shop there.

We like this Home Depot because the associates are friendly and helpful. The layout is similar to other stores, parking is easy and never really crowded.

OUR EXPERIENCE WENT VERY WELL. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN FOR FUTURE PURCHASES..

I went in to get a plant that was featured in the ad and asked for help. The man working in the garden department had no idea and was unable to find it or the paper ad. He had me running around looking for it and finally said sorry I can’t find it and went back to watering plants. I ask cashier and she didn’t know nor did she have an ad at the register. I have to find a store manager who finally found it. This process took too long and the product was not labeled good nor was it in a good location to find.

All the store associates here are amazing! Every time we've come into the store, everyone is so helpful! From people showing us where to find products, to helping us fork lift drywall and tiles into our truck, to picking up online orders - everyone has helped us with a smile. We've gone to over 5 different Home Depot locations in the LA area and this one is by far our favorite because of how helpful everyone is.

Edward and gardening was extremely helpful. The story was Stocked and clean and a great place to shop.

The employees just go through the motion to provide poor customer service. For this neighborhood I expect more.

During my recent visit to this store, I was pleasantly surprised by the Excellent Tedam service that I received by All the employees that I came in contact with in several departments. They knew their store quite well and were able to help me retrieve my materials in a fast and efficient manner. They listened very well and their actions were quick and precise. I was not sent off in all directions to find help but I was given Excellent service and I felt as if they really were happy to serve us as customers, not as an inconvenience. I must admit in the past this was not the case, however the last few visits have been a pleasant and productive experience Thanks to Mike in gardens, Jeremiah in electrical,Richard in vanity/faucets and Irma the cashier.

I just purchased a new dishwasher. Your staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The employee that assisted me answered every question I had with the dishwasher. He continued helping with questions I had regarding microwaves, washer and dryers. He also answered questions about wall coverings. 10 out of 10!

I have lived in this community for more than 30 years. It has been very convenient to have this home depot in my community. It has always stocked great products and the gardening department is great. The store is neat and clean and the professionals are patient with us who have very unprofessional questions. Thank you for continuing to improve this store.

This store has always been on my LAST "TO GO HD's". It has poor parking, always day workers harassing me for work, and poor customer service. I only HAVE to come here because its the closest to a job site. I have almost always encountered rude employees and very slow customer service in the return dept.

Outstanding experience!

Store is clean and fairly well stocked. My biggest issue with this store is customer service . Why are the employees so lackadaisical? Aren't there people who want to work and actually help customers anymore? My biggest pet peeve is having a cashier tell me to go find another item that matches my item so she can scan it. Last time I checked I don't work for the Ladera Heights Home Depot, yet the young cashiers think it is fine for them to do little while they ask me to more. As the customer spending money there, I'd prefer a bit more service and a lot less laziness .

I've previously written a review on this location about 2 years ago and my opinion has not changed. It remains to be one of the poorest managed and disorganized establishment with which I've ever done business. The parking lot is a mess, strewn with litter. Parking is a nightmare with pedestrians all over the place (ants on an anthill)? Items shown to be in stock on the app are not to be found even by associates. There is no rhyme or reason to the SKU numbering system for items way up on the stock shelves. Items are stored there randomly so there is little chance an associate can find what they're looking for. The associates are friendly enough, though and try their best. Like items are spread out all over the store (gloves and tools for example). The overhead music is annoyingly overbearing. The only reason I continue to shop there is location.

This is the home depot i prefer to go to its nice and tidy always find someone pleasant to help me should i need it and never had to wait more than 3 minutes in line.

This store has employees that actually care about it's customer. I cat thank them enough for helping me.
