Thank you for allowing me to speak. Mr Jackson and Home Depot Ladera made me very comfortable...

So sorry that I have to place this notation to this neighborhood store. Today the service in the paint department was the worse. Counter service person went to lunch without telling me she had finish my mix of paint. The person that came up after she walked away on her cell phone, rather than seeing is he could help complete my request, told me he had no clue where she went, and chose to take a contractor vs finalizing my request with our lunch person. In my opinion this was totally rude and an "example of exactly what not to do when working a service desk."

The staff will not run from you at this location. I recommend for new customers to stop by the paint department so the friendly guy can say "Thanks for shopping at HomeDepot". Ask for the Screw specialist who is another awesome guy that will respectfully assist you to find the right parts.

I always enjoy interacting with employees here. I don't know where most things are and they have no problem helping out. All of the people are easy to talk to.

HD was my first stop on Black Friday. Salesperson Janice in appliances was professional, friendly and helped me with information I needed that was not apparent on the HD web site. Her assistance let me decide without shopping elsewhere to purchase five appliances for a new house . She knew thew HD computer system and made sure to give me every discount available. She then reviewed the purchase order with me to confirm it was exactly what I intended to buy.

I was very pleased with my recent experience and the helpfulness of the Sales representative M. Jackson.

THERE'S AN EMPLOYEE THAT WORKS AT THE HOME DEPOT LOCATION ON SLAUSON AND FAIRFAX HIS NAME IS DAVID A. WALTERS HE IS AWESOME THE BEST EMPLOYEE HOME DEPOT HAS HE WILL WORK WITH YOU AND TAKE HE TIME! AND HE KNOWS HIS JOB!

This Home Depot has the worst customer service. Most of the employees are bothered when you approach them to ask for help. Plus they never know where the products are located. Employee Brittanie at the checkout lane is extremely rude!!!

Great service. as you walk in the door , they are there to help you.

The store has greatly improved in the area of customer service and the quality of the training of the employees who have been hired and trained at this location. The store still needs to work on these areas. I realy try not to visit this store. I always leave disappointed or frustrated. More training of its employees is needed.

Again, we don't usually do this, but we believe Michael should be recognized.

Josefina in the paint department and Ashaley in the outdoor nursery were the best customer service representatives. They helped me make my decisions as well as assisted me in an easy checkout. They were organized, friendly, helpful, polite, and professional.

I am an older lady. I do many of my home projects, thanks to the helpful staff at this Ladera Heights store. The staff is very knowledgeable.

I shopped in the paint department on this visit. The female employee at the paint desk was rude and condescending. Luckily she had to go on break and another employee quickly assisted the three customers that were now waiting. He completely made up for the visit, which is why I didn’t rate the store any lower. The cashier was as friendly as could be be as well. I don’t know that I would return to this store to purchase paint. In fact, I had to purchase more of the same paint the next day, and chose to go to another store. However, the rest of the employees were nice and helpful.

My husband and I just wanted to thank Mr. Jackson for helping us get in and out with what we needed... Even though he help others along with helping us, we were all discussing his demeanor and hustle. Great guy.

Best Customer Service

The help in electrical was wonderful. The self help register had a problem and I had to wait to long for help. Most of the time there is a person in the area to assit with self check out. But not today, I think they were to busy with other things...

Just keep people like Michael available.

Mr. Lawrence in the lumber dept is so helpful. He really is great at what he does and cares That made all the difference. Im excited to finish my project just so I can show him how it turned out :)

I like this store very clean but this time I went men’s restrooms were bad toilets were field of water and dirty toilet paper on Floor . I under stand If they had a Plumming problem they should of close restroom completely
