Absolutely the worst customer service you can expect in a store. They employees are completely oblivious to customers, and if you ask for help, good luck. You can see the look of discussed in the employees eyes because they have to point in a direction and tell you something. I would never visit the store again.

I've found that the employees at this store are nicer than the ones from another neaby home improvement stores. The customer service area though is very slow, they usually don't have many employees there. The store is relatively clean and the app is usually very helpful in finding the items you're looking for.

I have never had a problem with returning excess items. I love using my Home Depot credit card also, so much easier to pay for big items over time, quite often interest free.

A long shopping trip as no employee available anywhere to help find things needed. Would have bought a lot more had we had help finding! 3 hour shopping tour that should have been an hour at the most!

Unable to pick up reserved on line equipment rental due to no smart phone to scan HDs Qrscan.

We bought two appliances and the Apliance Specialist Mrs.Liz Ortiz(Annette) was wonderful,courteous,sweet and she was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions properly. I definitely will recommend both the store and this awesome lady.

There's never anybody in any department to help you. If you're lucky enough to find someone they usually point and say "down that way" The majority of the employees can't help you with a simple project, they don't have the knowledge.

Dealt with a real professional at the customer service station. Margarita was fast and knowledgeable about everything. She should be promoted to train other stores she's that good. Had a contractor wait in line longer just to go to her because he said it's faster in the long run because of her experience.

Liz Ortiz was the only person who helped me and she deserves some recognition.

I had to order a vanity 3 times. The vanity came in broken 2xs. Did not seem any associates cared. It appears Home Depot has low quality control. I was never offered a discount or any apologies for the broken vanities.

I was able to quickly find what I was looking for and each sale associate helped me with my questions.

I've been going to this location for over a year now, and have always found the staff to be very helpful. My wife and I bought our first house last year, so small projects and improvements have been constant since then lol. Our most recent project required leveling an area of flooring before we put down some rolled vinyl flooring. We had some trouble getting the leveling agent to work as expected. In hindsight we realize the mistakes we made and how we could have done things differently. Anyways when I was purchasing material to correct our mess up I spoke to Dan and Brittany at customer service. They were both extremely helpful and kind in making sure the rest of my project went smoothly. Thank you Dan and Brittany!

I'm a do it yourself lady,and my local Home Depot store for years now has always been my favorite place to buy from. They consistently have the home improvement materials I need in stock, or can ship to my house if needed (and usually for free). Prices are very reasonable and I have done many upgrades over the years simply because they are the BEST for quality and reliability.

I expect more from people in the store when I ask where an item is, than for them to just tell me "at the back of the store" or point "over there." We spent a lot of time walking around and getting frustrated because no one would walk us to where the item we wanted to buy would have been. After looking basically on our own for over an hour, we discovered that the store did not even sell what we were looking for. We ended up buying a different item for something else, but it was a very frustrating experince to be told that you sell an item by your employees, and to keep looking for it at the different locations your employees said it was, only to finally discovery you don't carry it.

I shopped for a kitchen remodel which included cabinets, Shay and Bernice, appliances, nice guy but I don't remember his name and the young lady at check out who helped with the credit card. Everyone could not have been nicer! Great place to shop!

Kevin went over and above expectations by helping me upfront through the cashier adjuster experience and loaded the merchandise in my vehicle. Very impressed since I am a partially disabled shopper.

I find everything that I’m looking for.

I always go to this particular Home Depot because I like the environment. This store is always clean and staff are friendly. The only downside is sometimes you can’t find someone to help. I’ve only had a few instances where I couldn’t find something but they have always requested to see if they can get it from another store for me.

Employees are always helpful and professional. I always get what I need for my home projects.

I am usually in there a lot and the employees are always helpful
